We had the normal version of this before we moved. The refrigerator itself is terrific. We love the way it is laid out with the 2 doors on top, freezer on the bottom, and the middle drawer with adjustable temp. We set up the family hub, and have had no problems with it. Being able to see inside when shopping is a definite plus. It connects easily to SmartThings and we can use it to control our entire smart home. Overall, I couldn't ask for a better refrigerator. I know Samsung appliances don't normally have the best reviews, but we have had them for the past 6 years, and only had one problem which was resolved in 24 hours. Great products and terrific customer service. Value depends on what you want. For my family, we use the Smart features. If you wouldn't use those, it is a very expensive waste of money.

Enjoy an inside view of your fridge with the internal Samsung camera that it gives you a perfect inside look, Play music, watch videos, writte, draw, organized, check wheather do it all while you are cooking or cleaning In your kitchen is like having your phone, radio and tv all at the same time. And the most important thing it keeps the right temperature of your food I’m totally loving it

I’ve had this refrigerator I think for a little over a year. I’ve had no issues with it. Love the apps and that I can see inside my refrigerator from anywhere. There’s plenty a room in the refrigerator and the freezer. The extra drawer makes it nice as you can choose to use it as a freezer or the refrigerator. I love that I can fold some of the shelves up if I don’t need them or to make more room. Getting the stationary shelves out for cleaning was a little tricky. I Had to YouTube how to get them out and it wasn’t bad.

All the basic functionalities you are looking for on a refrigerator and then the Family hub functionality. The hub lets you picking inside when you are not home, great for keeping the family organize using the calendar app, we watch youtube to look into recipes or listen to Amazon Music, Spotify Or Pandora. You can find a recipe and send it to a meal planner or built your grocery list right on the spot. The only Downside was on the delivery it was at first leaking (family hub 3 door) we replaced for this exact model then it came in with Huge dent and scratches we needed to wait for almost a month to finally get our Fridge Working and intact; so far so good.

Love the fridge and especially the cameras inside, which helps you when you forget the grocery list at home and the tablet is also a good addition

My kids and I love the fridge, kids show their friends all the features, play the pandora all the time, the fridge has lots of space lots of features and is amazing

Wonderful Fridge- the ease of connection and being able to add to a shopping list and look at it from in the store made the purchase well worth it. My daughter loves choosing music and drawing on it as well. Only down side is that it marks very easily. Anytime we touch it it leaves a mark and the water has a small drip which has discolored the pan below it a bit. Still worth it but don't buy if those would drive you nuts.

Love my fridge and it works perfectly to keep foods at the right temperatures. The Family Hub screen is a great feature and has many features like plays music, recipes, leave notes, timers, food app to order delivery, and shows pictures. I also like I get alerts if the fridge door isn't closed all the way or open too long. And when I go food shopping? Use the app to see inside to find out what I need. The ice maker and water on the door actually works right on a fridge for once!!!

Love the ability to listen to music while I cook and the integrated shopping list.

This product inspired my hubby to 1) move adjacent cabinet & cut cabinet over fridge to accommodate this technological beast of a fridge, well worth time & effort. Enjoying convenience of shopping able to access fridge contents, select healthy meal choices from apps, great led lighting, great black stainless exterior, so much flexibility & convenience in one appliance. Still discovering all this appliance has to offer. Bixby tops Siri hands down

This fridge was a worth while purchase. Yes, the price isn't cheap, but it works perfect and keeps the correct temperatures at all times. The set of of shelves and drawers makes it easy to put everything away, while still able to access it easily. The Family Hub works seamlessly and easy to use. There is something for everyone. The twin cooling is excellent, too.

My husband and I are so pleased with this refrigerator! It does everything and is so eye catching to our guest! The only thing is I wish the shelves were a little taller to store beverages like milk, orange juice, etc. but we use the other shelves for that!

The unit is all that I expected. All of the functions work very well. The only problem I have with this unit is the freezing of the ice maker which needs attention. The smart functions work very well while the unit has been mechanically reliable with no service issues.

This is a great refrigerator for my family with young kids. With the middle drawer, we can put in drinks and snacks for kids, eliminating the need to open the doors. Lots of room in the freezer and a convenient drawer. The Family Hub is easy to setup and has many features. It interfaces with my RING cameras and other Smartthings.

Great fridge no problems so far just the ice kept getting stuck but we put ice maker all the way back fixed problem love the screen just hate that it gets dirty really quick it is def not smudge proof

We absolutely love this fridge. Only complaint is the ice maker door despencer is a little slow. Other then that great!
