I love it!, I am so happy to purchased this refrigerator.

User friendly and very technical. Makes my life easy

Great modern fridge but it makes really bad ice. Ice is cracked, cloudy, small and melts almost instantly.

Amazing refrigerator with top of the line features.

Fridge works well and very flexible. The reason I got it was to connect to my phone for images of inside and shopping list. But after 2 weeks it doesn't connect to phone anymore. I tried to get help from samsung but nothing helped.

But not enough usable space for tall things like WINE. If your usung both bottom sections for freezer.

As a fridge this continues to be a good product, as a connect fridge it's horribly broken and Samsung offers no support. Both the Stickiboard and the Instacart applications have become inoperative. At first there was an issue with getting Instacart to load an run. During the troubleshooting process Samsung tech support had me reset my fridge to factory settings. I followed their direction and determined that Instacart still wouldn't function. They logged a ticket, but I never heard back on a solution to the problem. During the reset my Stickiboard connection was reset and I can no longer connect my calendar to the application. Samsung tech support keeps referring me to the author of the applications for issues, but they conveniently forget that Stickiboard was written by Samsung. After sale support from the manufacturer is horrible and I do NOT recommend this product. Save the cash and buy a regular fridge from a manufacturer who will own their product.

Beautiful fridge until the ice maker freezes over and stops working. Please do your research on Samsung refrigerators and you’ll see it’s a MAJOR issue effecting thousands!

Crushed ice is not precise. Speaker is ordinary. Doors can be misaligned.

Samsung launched this product to be a great addition to the kitchen with the family hub feature, however, the software is nothing but a hot mess. Very limited apps, which don't work, then samsung launches gen2, gen3 etc and ignored all who trusted samsung to support and update this product. This isn't a tablet to be dropped from the updates in a year or two, my Apple MacAir from 2013 is still receiving updates in 2020, this fridge stopped getting updates like after a year or so. This was about $4000+ refrigerator, does samsung expect us to update every year or two? Anyways such a waste of money and we are done trusting Samsung. They rarely do the right thing.

Waste of money, with a terrible support experience.

Ice maker has big issues, after 3 years of owing and having geek squad come out 7 times, the issue has no end in sight and Best buy won't give me a replacement!

I was happy with the performance of the fridge. I loved the features that it has such as the possibility to watch YouTube videos, timer, recipes, etc. Unfortunately it stop cooling after 14 months of use and it has been repair twice. I have been without a fridge since Nov 2017 until today. Jan 4th. We are still waiting for the parts to arrive on the 9th of Jan. We are following the guidelines of the geek squat for a possible replacement. I wouldn't buy this fridge again. I am glad I got the geek squat additional coverage. They have been very supportive. I did get a $200 check for food spoliage.

Too expensive for defective open box with damage. The fridge had a big hole in the door

The fridge looks really nice, unfortunately it does not even work, on top of that, I got a warning message that stated the fridge is overheating, so I had to unplug the fridge.

The ice maker that has the ice dispenser built into the fridge is more for conveniece. But, the ice maker clumps up with ice frozen onto the rotor that turns to dispense the ice. Also, the ice will not and does not come out of the shoot in whole cubes. After 7 technicians scheduled for service, one geek squad technician pulled a no call, and no show. Given that, of me consistantly calling Geek Squad and Samsung tecnicians to fix the issue. Samsung, finally replace my fridgerator with the SAMSUNG "BESPOKE" high end model of their refrigerator. Persistence pays off, never give up and they will eventually get tired of making several trips to your house. I will rate this a 2 star for the product in review, but a "5" star rating for the replacement "BESPOKE" model from SAMSUNG. Don't settle for crap (a low MSRP), you get what you pay for

Fridge: Roomy, convenient refrigerator/freezer. The flexZone is nice. But of course I bought it for the Family Hub. FamilyHub: Really cool. The interface is little quirky. Obviously not designed by Apple. Still cool features. The iOS app sucks big time. Freezes almost every time. How did it pass Apple's QA? Hope they will be able to update the FamilyHub and the iOS app soon.
