There is nothing wrong with this beautiful stove. The full under griddle burner is cool. The warming drawer. The warming burner. 2 timers 2 lights . I love this stove

Great product. It arrived just before the holidays and being able to cook multiple things at once was a real time saver. So much better than the single oven it replaced.

Great looking, very stylish and easy to use. I thought a convection oven would be hard to adjust to but I found it very easy. It's been working beautifully. The 2 doors save energy too.

we love our oven. We changed all our kitchen to stainless steel. we now need to get the dishwasher to match.

We've owned this model range for 1 month. As a result of normal use, there is irreversible damage to the glass top. Online consumer reviews will warn you about this. We called Samsung and they describe it as cosmetic damage, which is not covered by warranty. We are still within the exchange period, so I think we are just going to get a different one. That's not as simple as it sounds because we replaced all of our appliances with Samsung products. It looks like we are going to have exchange everything as a result because we don't want mismatching appliances. So that means, best case scenario, we find comparable products at comparable prices from a different manufacturer and over the course of the next 2-3 weeks we go through the process of installing a dishwasher, microwave, range, and refrigerator all over again. Joy. The warming compartment drawer is slightly crooked and gets stuck in the out position. I called Samsung to get new parts and offered to fix it myself, since it just looked like the sliding rails were damaged during install from Best Buy. They sent the wrong parts, but I was able to correct the "getting stuck" problem, though the misalignment remains. To be fair, the product isn't all bad. The dual oven works great and heats up quickly. The design is great and clean. So much so if fact, that's it's hard to see the damage to the glass top in the pictures I provided. If you look close you will see bubbling, flecking, and smudging. If I had to put a number on it, we've used the large burner that has the damage 15 times or less. So, the product looks great and meets our needs in terms of features and performance. The quality is poor that it dwarfs the positive features. It was a nice fling Samsung, but it's time to look for a long term relationship.

Have been using / getting used to my new range for about a month. Love the styling, the ease of use, and the feeling of quality -- appears to be very well constructed. I am still getting used to the convection oven feature. Oven(s) do a good job with "regular" baking / roasting, but when baking cookies, cakes, etc., results have been inconsistent. Bought an oven thermometer to help ensure adequate temp when baking, revealing that oven temp is generally under the temperature indicated on the control panel by about 25 degrees. Also, control panel temp is optimistic re: pre-heating, indicating that desired temp. has been reached, when in fact, the oven thermometer reveals a temp. well below the set temp. For example, set oven for 400 degrees, but temp inside the oven when the beeper sounds, is actually 250 degrees! The oven will ultimately come close to the desired temp -- 375 in this case -- within 5 mins. If I baked more often, this would be of greater concern, but since that is not the case, I am adjusting my recipes to accommodate these differences. For most of my day-to-day needs, the oven is fine. I am enjoying the dual-oven feature, and find that being able to use the smaller, easier to access top oven for 90% of my cooking needs is wonderful -- which is why I chose this model in the first place!

Love Love Love this stove. I am very impressed with how quickly the ovens heat up!! Having a stove that has dual small stoves or one big stove....your choice...Is the greatest thing yet!! We cooked 2 different frozen pizzas at 2 different degrees for 2 different times and both were done together and perfectly!!! Haven't used the warming drawer yet but I know it will come in handy with the holidays coming up and family coming to visit! I show this off to everyone that comes over!! LOL

This stove is great for making anything. The dual oven feature is great, you can make 2 separate items at 2 different temperatures at the same time. for example last night I had some friends over and I had the main dish ( pork tenderloins) roasting in the lower oven and red potatoes in the upper oven. The cook top is also so versatile to use with the 1 multi sizes burner (small,med,large) and the grittle option on the other side as well as the warming burner for sauces and the warming drawer, but I don't know if I'll ever utilize the drawer though. there are 2 timers on the console, the digital readout makes it very easy to use, I use them both between timing stuff in the ovens or just to time stuff on the stove top.

Terrific looking range in black stainless. The ovens heat up to temperature extremely fast. The upper oven is strictly convection or broil; no regular bake / roast. The lower oven has all the choices as does the whole oven with the partition removed. Great flexibility with the surface burners, but this is where the but comes in. The stove top, being black is impossible to keep clean. The stove top shows every splatter and drop of water/condensation. We spend more time cleaning it than cooking on it.

The cook-top heats up very quickly and you can pick the size of the pot/pan you are using to conserve energy. The cook-top cleans up beautifully with ceramic cleaning solution. Very easy and quick clean up. The convection oven works great and I love the automatic temperature adjustment. You just turn the temperature to what your recipe calls for and the oven automatically decreases it to the convection temperature. I cook for just one person a lot, so the single oven option saves time and doesn't waste energy.

Love, love, love the 2 ovens, top oven great for bread , pizza , small casseroles. Had the entire Christmas meal in the oven with 2 different oven temp. Just what I wanted. Only drawback the glass black top is much harder to clean than my old white glass top. Stains and does not come off easily. Also the dials are harder to read, should be backlit. Otherwise this is almost perfect!

Nice range! Purchased open box at a considerable discount. I read alot of reviews on different ranges and this one had mostly good reviews and took into consideration the negative reviews. Glad I made the better judgement. It looks beautiful, easy to use and very convenient with the two ovens. Heats up fast. Once I figured out the control panel it wasn't so difficult. The break in smell the other reviewers mentioned is barely noticeable. It did smell like plastics melting but wasn't that bad. Used the oven that same evening and the smell was gone. Overall i highly recommend!!

We got this to replace an aging stove and we sure are glad. The top heating elements heat up and cool down so much faster than what we were used to with our older smooth top oven. We used the double oven area for the holidays, but doubt that we'll get a lot of use out of that feature until the next holiday season, but for the 2-6 times a year that we'll need it - it's a godsend. The option to have one larger oven or two "zones" was the selling point and it's great. We went with the black stainless and it looks amazing. The only downside is that now my wife wants all of the other appliances to match - so it looks like we'll be doing that soon.

We purchased this range after evaluating other units from G.E., Maytag, and LG. This Samsung range replaced a Maytag Gemini that we had for over 12 years. We really liked the double oven since most of the time we cooked for just 2 or 3 people. But for the holidays, having 2 separate ovens made the time required for preparations significantly less. These factors and the desire to retain those benefits led us back to a Maytag and this Samsung. However, the Samsung provided two features we had not enjoyed previously and led us to its selection as our replacement range and oven. Those two features are 1) the ability to create one large oven by being able to remove and store the panel that separates the two oven halves and 2) the inclusion of convection baking for both ovens. An additional benefit we had not been aware of and were pleasantly surprised by is that the glass on the front of the oven never rose above room temperature! We did not expect that when we purchased this range! The mixture of manual and digital controls was done in a very clear and logical manner. It is easy to operate. The unit automatically converts between standard and convection temperatures if you use the same cooking time specified in a recipe. All in all, we are extremely happy with our purchase and highly recommend it to others.

Never would have thought about a Samsung Stove before! Still in the learning stage with in that's why the 4 star instead of 5. Some of the things about it are great but still learning about the oven, which after the holiday's I will be contacting Samsung about! Nothing major, maybe, I just don't understand it. Otherwise, do like the "double" oven that really isn't by that I mean you can open the door to a full oven or hold a button for the top oven, very cool!

Always I wanted a double oven, and this stove is just that. It is visually appealing, the duo flex feature is cool, and the oven gets to 400 very quickly compared to my old stove. I had to turn it off while my bread dough was on its 30min rise, because it heated so fast. The bad- the easy cook features dont work. I called samsung, and after holding , transfers for over an hour, none of their techs knew how to help me. They basically after 45 mins of “checking on the issue” copy and paste the manual instructions. Yea we can read manuals mr tech support. So i still cannot utilize the bread proofing nor dehydration feature Of this stove. I would not recommend as Samsung poor support is worrying. What if this expensive stove breaks? Still waiting for Samsung to get back to me.

This purchase was made after my 'countertop convection oven/toaster and microwave' died within a couple of days. I saw this stove and went to Best Buy and looked at this and other appliances. I decided on this primarily because of the 2 ovens and even has a drawer to store items. I absolutely love it. It is better than I could have imagined. I also love the burners on the top of stove. There is one burner that you can use for 3 sizes of pots, there are two burners on the left that you can use individually or together for an elongated cooking utensil. And it has a "keep warm" area on stove top. I am loving the appliance even more than I thought I would. Got it at Christmas so I said "Santa was good to me this year." Also purchased a microwave that will toast or roast. I am a happy cook.

This range is pricey yes, but totally worth it! I thought to myself, has range/stove technology really changed in the last 20 years? I can tell you for sure it has! We bought this Samsung to replace the 20 something year old model that came with our house. After using it for 5 years, it was time for it to go. The new Samsung blows the old GE out of the water. The dual oven feature is 100% worth the price tag. It heats up in less than 10 minutes (the small upper section). Actually closer to 5 minutes if you're at 350. The food cooks so evenly! The other wonderful thing is that it holds heat! Our old oven would leak heat into the kitchen, substantially raising the temperature. The Samsung holds in the heat. I can only imagine how this will reflect on my power bill. My wife couldn't be happier. The multiple zones on the glass top is a nice feature to have. The tipple burner can accommodate pans in various sizes and there is even a griddle side. My one complaint is the glass top. It is pretty difficult to keep clean. But thats the only complaint so far.
