Many problems - the battery is gone after about 4 hours max, Samsung advertises 13 hours. It doesn't "remember" screen and keyboard brightness settings, which have to be reset at each use. The cursor periodically jumps around and sometimes clicks randomly rendering the Chromebook useless, forcing a hard restart. Audio played over Bluetooth cracks and sputters - and it's the same behavior regardless of which music/video app you use. This could have been a great product but they blew it in the execution. These are all behaviors that are unique on the Samsung Galaxy, not on other Chromebooks. Overall the Chrome platform is awesome so don't judge it by this defective Chromebook.

At the time of purchase this Chromebook was on sale for 750.00 regularly 1,000.00 There is only two issues I have with it. The Chromebook does not come with a user manual. I had to hunt the internet to find out how to brighten the backlit keyboard. The other issus that is probably an OS issue not a fault of the Chromebook itself. Every time you start it up, to need to manually reset the screen brightness to your liking. Otherwise, the screen will dim unexpected. Besides those two issues, I love it and use it all the time!

I have had this for only 2 months. I bought this for my first grader who is in distance learning. He uses it Monday through Friday just pretty much for google meets for "live class" time. It's stationed on his table. It stopped working after 2 months. We shipped it to Samsung through best buy since it's still covered by warranty. They replaced the motherboard and took them 4 weeks. Now it's acting up again!!! It's frustrating since I chose to buy the more expensive one, thinking it was a better choice. Should have just bought google chrome!

Its a great unit, just dont really like Chromebooks all that much. Looks and performs really well though.

Worst product I've ever purchased. I LOVE Samsung, but this is by far not to their standard. When I'm finding it easier to use my S10 phone for detailed business needs vs dreading to open up a $1200 computer, that says it all...

Disappointed. The lag was unbelievable. An i5 running Chrome OS should fly. I purchased an open box Satisfactory unit which obviously was not checked out by the so-called Geek Squad. I power-washed it (Chrome OS reset term) maybe 8 times, tried logging in with several different Google accounts, all would have lag. Inputs on keyboard and mouse were delayed by seconds both at system level and then when navigating webpages. I couldn't believe it, but then again it was an open-box for a reason. Best Buy should not have tried to resell this obviously defective unit (unless everyone is just living with lag on this otherwise beautiful laptop).

I've only had this laptop for a year and the wifi card is no longer working. I can't connect to any network. Battery dies very quickly. I am so disappointed

Bought 2 of these for my mobile sales reps, and I'm glad I did. The 1st one pooped out 10 days after purchase and we're using the 2nd (backup) while we download and reinstall the Chrome OS to get the 1st back-up and functional.

Why I don’t use oversea ? I bought this item for gift in Vietnam but my friend told me can’t use in Vietnam

Sales pitch sale that I'm unable to return and stuck paying for. Was informed I had time to return if I didn't like it and they refused to return. Doesn't have the stuff on it that I asked about and no USB

great chromebook for school use, bought it exclusively for school and is doing a great job

My customer service rep was so helpful and really courtesy and patient. The ratings below are in regards to management. Absolute worst service ever. The manager is completely inconsiderate, lacks people skills as well as the proper way to communicate with a paying customer. I don’t know his name. He’s is the manager at the Porter Ranch store in the Geek Squad department. He let his Geek team make a huge mistake which in turned caused an issue in regard to privacy so I had to return the devices and he never once extended any courtesy nor did he take responsibility for his mess up.

I love the color and the weight but I absolutely DO NOT like the mouse pad. The mouse will stop responding whenever it feels like it. Then I have to reboot it and this has happened several times in the middle of my work day. I am actually going to look at going back to apple. I also find it hard to organize google docs send multiple spreadsheets in one email. I will probably just use this for my apps..bible, netflix and hulu.

Samsung galaxy Chrome book, very very nice color and high performance, works very good and fast

It’s true that this Chromebook is sleek and looks nice but has done nothing but glitch and mess up since I got it. Very poor quality. You do not get what you pay for with this item.

Good for daily use and display is amazing. Has some issues with overheating and touch pad not working with cursor going ghost mode. I have had the product replaced and the problem persists. Not worth the time, money, and effort. I do not recommend this product to anyone as the issue remains regardless of intervention.
