I dont like, this is my second one, i had to return the 1st one because it wasnt charging fast and was taking forever to charge and had to almost always leave it on the charger. I dont like how you cant pinch the screen to make things bigger to look at. Sometimes the screen changes on you and you gotta go back to your text to finish it it or back to your page, the phones feel like they get warm. Had trouble withbthe other phone but this one seems to be doing the same thing too even not charging fast but its supposed to cause its made to and the setting is turned on. There is also no way to turn off 5g like there was on my old phone which was a samsung galaxy s9 plus. I do like how the back of the phone and screen feel as in it feels like it would be protected if it was dropped but i don't know if it would be. I also like that the screen is big. I dont recommend this phone because of the charging and how it gets warm and the battery doesnt last all day.

This phone has been an excellent purchase! The display is bright and vibrant, making it great for watching videos and gaming. The battery life lasts all day, even with heavy usage. Performance is smooth, and apps run without lag. The camera takes sharp and detailed photos, especially in good lighting. Overall, it’s a fantastic phone for the price, and I’d highly recommend it to anyone looking for a budget-friendly yet powerful device!

I purchased this phone from BB. It has only been a couple of days but so far I like the phone a lot. My last phone was a MO TO that I had for almost 5 years. It was slowing down and no updates since Android 11. I like the idea that this phone will get updates for 5 years. I'd give it five stars with the following exceptions... It only comes with a cord and no plug. The on off switch on the side has a fingerprint reader on it and it takes some to get used to using. The phone is quite thin and I have big hands. That makes it difficult to hold. I just ordered a case - hopefully that resolves my issue. The other thing that is a little annoying is that it is very symmetrical which means when you pick it up you cannot tell if you are holding it screen side up or down. I have to look at the phone to be sure I'm holding it right to hit the finger print sensor. Another issue I hope goes away with the case. I'll update after getting the case. Some complained about speed. I have no issues there but I am not a gamer.

I’ve been using the Galaxy A16 5G (128 GB) for about two weeks, and I’m really impressed. The battery life is excellent — it easily lasts a full day or more with regular use. The screen looks bright and clear, and the large storage space is a big plus for my apps, photos, and videos. Overall performance has been smooth and reliable for everyday tasks. Yes, I would definitely recommend this phone to anyone looking for a dependable mid-range smartphone.

The Samsung Galaxy A16 5G is a solid budget-friendly smartphone that delivers reliable performance for everyday use. The 6.5" display is bright and clear, and 5G connectivity keeps speeds fast where available. With 128GB of storage, you’ve got plenty of room for apps, photos, and media. Battery life easily lasts a full day on mixed use, and the clean Android interface is smooth and intuitive.
It’s not a flagship powerhouse, but for the price, it’s great value for messaging, streaming, social media, and daily tasks. A dependable, affordable 5G phone in a sleek Blue Black finish.

Bought for husband who wanted an uncomplicated all purpose phone. I've always used Samsung-so we went with this model for him. We're very impressed with the A16s speed and functionality. Very responsive, great photos, easy to navigate, superb battery life and perfect screen size.

This is an incredibly good phone for the price. I decided to go back to android from my iphone se 3rd gen, and this was a great choice. The A16 has a great screen, higher resolution, faster refresh rate, and better battery life. The performance may be a bit less snappy, but it's certainly a solid phone for emails, browsing and videos. For $200 this phone is an absolute gem, even moreso on sale for $175.

This phone is a great choice for anyone looking for a reliable device at a budget-friendly price. The display quality is sharp and vibrant, performance is smooth with no lag in daily use, and the battery easily lasts through a full day. The camera also takes surprisingly clear pictures for the price. Overall, an excellent value for money and highly recommended for everyday use.

I was looking for a backup and didnt want anything too expensive. I’ve had Samsung Galaxy Notes before and liked a lot of their features. Overall build quality is nice. I wasn’t expecting high performance based on the ram and price. It functions great for handling only a couple apps at a time. Battery life is awesome. Overall i would highly recommend.

I've had for 1 month almost. So far I am enjoying it, especially the battery life and screen. If I have a few apps open at once it might start to lag, only having 4 gb of ram, so I try to close out apps frequently. Just have to keep expectations in check, this is a >$200 phone when on sale.

I like the Samsung A16 phone, the camera is great and the battery life is good. The only issue is the phone gets too hot when charging and the screen refresh rate is slow

Who says you need an iPhone? This phone is great for the everyday tasks. Decent battery life, great screen for the price and a big screen. Some limitations and lack of speed but if you dont care about having the very ultimate this will do just fine.

I have used this phone as my daily driver for 2 weeks and not sorry! This phone does almost everything the top Samsung Flagship phones do! Sure it's a little slower but adequate. The camers are surprisingly good. Runs great for calls, texting, browsing and streaming. Has features like the big boys! Edge panels, Secure Folder plus one thing the flagships don't have; a SDCard slot! On a tight budget? Just buy it!

I'm pleasantly surprised with how good of a phone this is despite it being one of the least expensive options at best buy. It's sturdy, fast, the camera is great and I haven't had any issues or little things that are annoying about it like I've had happen with other phones that cost more. Both my teens that are haters of android like it too and said they would choose this phone over there usual iPhones that are starting to have problems. If your debating on getting this phone but skeptical on the quality because the price is low, it's a good phone. I have dropped it multiple times already and even accidentally ran it over with my bike (I'm not light) and it's some how not damaged at all I bought the cheapest phone case best buy had and it is holding up really well too.

The Samsung Galaxy A16 5G is a budget-friendly smartphone with a 6.7-inch AMOLED display, smooth performance for everyday tasks, and a long-lasting 5,000mAh battery. It has a 50MP main camera that takes decent photos in good lighting but struggles in low light. While it’s not ideal for heavy gaming, it offers six years of software updates, making it a great long-term option for casual users. If you need a reliable, affordable phone with 5G support, this is a solid choice.

there are certain things I miss about my old phone that the new one does not do, like having to press ok after typing in your pin number... Did not have to do that before. It send messages to my email instead of where it is supposed to go. but other than that it is a good phone. Nice screen and pictures, lots of GB room. Good for my purposes
