I love my new phone! It's so easy to navigate the settings and get what I need quickly. The color is a beautiful light gray. I don't like black phones so I was very happy this color was available. Its not a top tier phone, but it does everything I need. I don't play games, use it for music. Great Samsung product!

This is a decent phone for the price. However it can lag at times because of only 4GB of ram and only 90hz refresh rate. The display is good but not as great as advertised. The back is not glass as it appears to the eye but really good plastic; so good it can be mistaken for glass. I think this is a decent phone but would of loved to see it with at least 6GB of ram. 6-8GB of ram should be industry minimum in 2025.

It is a good samsung capable of lot of thing I was looking for. Giving good pictures and videos.

Perfect device for my son who is 13 years old. I love Samsung cell phone. This one is realible, fast, and cost efficient. I coupled it with an otterbox case - super sturdy. Makes good economical sense. He does a lot of streaming of videos and music and texting, but not too much gaming on it.

This phone is excellent, it works very well, and what I love most are the sharp photos. I highly recommend this phone.

Great phone! It was open with no issues to go with AT&T carrier. My husband got it first to try it out and now we've gotten one for our son as a Christmas gift. It's affordable, easy to work and does everything we need it to do. Purchasing online with store pickup was easy, efficient and seamless.I would buy this product again and buy via the website with store pickup again.

excellent product. a few cosmetic changes from my prior samsung galaxy, but i adapted very easily. It is fast and has more than enough room for the apps I have. I am glad to have bought it. A big thanks to the team member who helped me. He answered all my questions and offered insights to things I had not thought of.

I was surprised to see how it worked so good for its price, the camera is great, you can add an sd card for more storage and it looks cool.

Very good cheap option for a phone, doesnt have a lot of ram but 128 gb of storage makes up for that. If a little laggy phone doesnt bother you definitely worth the purchase. For the price 5 stars

OveraI am really pleased with this phone purchase and all it's capabilities. Especially the ease of activation wirh my carrier. I'm actually about to purchase one for my husband for Valentines day.

I have very basic needs when it comes to a cell phone: 1. It must transmit and receive and not drop calls when in a good signal area. 2. Must be capable of Wi-Fi calling. 3. Text 4. Act as a Wi-Fi Hotspot. 5. Expandable memory (Micro SD card) That’s about it, and this phone checks all the boxes. And it does it for $150 (on sale). And the camera is fantastic.

This phone is a very good value, capable of everything I've asked it to do and more. I'm quite impressed. I bought it for a person who is not accustomed to Smart phone usage and this Android has an Easy setting which is very helpful. The screen is nicely sized and the options for text are endless. I love it and I think I'll get one for myself because my A50 which I'm extremely attached to and still works so very well, is obsolete. Not in my world, but you know! Back to A16, it takes awesome photos, has great speakers, does everything an I Phone does only easier! Samsung you never fail to impress me whether it's a personal phone or a Washing Machine (my Samsung set is almost 14 yrs old and still looks/performs like new) or other major appliance, I trust Samsung to deliver and this A16 phone is just more proof of that trust.
