A Solid Budget Upgrade from the S8

While it doesn’t have the premium glass-and-metal build of the S8, the A16 makes up for it with practical features and surprising value. f you’re moving from the S8 and want something inexpensive but capable, the A16 5G hits the sweet spot. It’s not flashy, but it’s reliable, efficient, and surprisingly future-proof. Most important it excepts MicroSD cards.

Extremely laggy, prone to having apps freeze up or crash. I have had this phone a month and have had to do a forced restart (press and hold side button and volume down simultaneously) twice because the phone went completely unresponsive. The screen is better than I anticipated for a budget phone and the battery life is pretty good. Those are the only positive qualities.
