It should be illegal to sell a phone that is this slow. Screen is fine memory is fine The processor is absolute garbage. Open up more than two apps in the thing just has a seizure. Android auto is even worse. Go ahead and upgrade to the next level a 36 or a 56 or do what I did and go ahead and get yourself up S25FE. I had no idea the difference in phones. This S25FE blows that A16 out of the water do not waste your money on this phone get a better one

This is a great phone for the price. I already have a higher end Galaxy as my primary phone and needed this one for my second number. For the specs and price, it's fast and efficient. There were not any cases in the Best Buy store for it, but I found one on Amazon for a few dollars that is perfect.

My daughter already had an older Samsung phone (S20+5G), but the battery caused us to need a new phone. We bought this as an inexpensive alternative. This phone doesn't have the features or speed of the S line of phones, but it works for a teenager. It was easy to set-up. Took out old SIM and micro-SD card, put it in the new phone and it was functioning immediately.

This is simply put, the worst phone I have ever purchased. And that’s including my basic Nokia from 2002. I had an IPhone 15 pro max that I gifted to my brother and I wanted to try an android device while I wait for the new IPhone in September. I expected a certain drop in quality and performance considering how much this phone costs but nothing prepared me for the disappointment I have since experienced. This phone is severely underpowered with its 4gig ram being incapable of handling even the most mundane tasks. It is sluggish, hangs often, and difficult to type on due to the lag. It is incapable of handling android auto and consistently fails when connected to the vehicle’s display unit. It cannot even handle switching between apps and will often reset the app soon as you get back to it hence switching between apps is impossible. I was tempted to return it but the mandatory restocking fee that is tied to it makes it an expensive affair. I might as well suffer for the one more month and wait for Steve Jobs descendants to save me from my misery. Do not buy this phone unless it is simply for picking up calls.
