My phone was outdated and i bought a new one, explanation and use was explained to me, ALL the emplyees were very helpful. From the time i entered until i left all was GREAT. I applaud the staff at ALTOONA BEST BUY, yes for sure I'll be back, and tell others. A BIG THANK YOU ALL.

The screen is excellent for the value, and works perfect whether you are on a budget, or for another use (backup phone, kids phone, media controller, etc.)

Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I am a Samsung as Android user for over ten years and the A16 has all the basics covered -- especially if you don't do a lot of texting, emailing, or web searches. I don't game on a phone, so I can't comment on it. It is as good as my old Galaxy S21. My only negative is the slick "glastic" housing. I use a tight, rubber cover to provide a sturdy feel in the hand.
