This phone is glitchy and seems to her stuck and lag. Like ir buffers. It's somewhat slow. I was told by a coworker this phone has a slow processor. Not happy about it being glitchy for it being a brand new phone.

I do not need a high-end phone so the price is right for what I need.

For a relatively cheap phone, it works fine. However, after previously using a Google Pixel phone from several years ago, this one pales in comparison. The camera is mediocre, despite the three lenses. The UI is average at best, but it has few features compared to Pixel. It struggles when multiple apps are open and tends to crash. I also dislike the Samsung "ecosystem" of apps and UI design. So overall, I say spring for the Google Pixel, or save your shillings for one down the line, instead of getting this.

The phone is basically 85% like my previous BLU android phones, but the remaining 15% will take some getting-used to.

The phone is just ok. I don't know why sometimes when i am holding the phone the long way it flips sideways. The camera pictures are not very vibrant, but it will do. The phone is good for regular basic usage.
Hey Sparkle217, thanks for reaching out to share your thoughts with us about your experience using the Samsung Galaxy A16 5G. We value your sentiments as we continue to improve our product line. It sounds like Auto Rotate is enabled on your display. Swipe down from the top, tap the Auto Rotate icon (or Portrait/Landscape) in Quick Settings to lock it to Portrait (or Landscape) to stop it, or tap again to re-enable rotation. That should resolve your display rotating. Without having more information available regarding your camera quality, I suggest reaching out to Support for further assistance. If you would like to share any other feedback with us or if you would like further assistance, our Support reps are standing by. Thanks for being a valued Samsung customer. - Debra
