I bought this phone because I broke my pixel 10XL and I needed a cheap replacement. Well you get what you pay for. This phone is probably for really young kids to play games on our old people. If you have to do any business then spend more for better power.

One of the best Phones ive ever gotten, they are reliable and able to handle lots of apps and at once.

It suddenly goes blank in the middle of viewing. It's probably an operating system or peocessor issue, as my previous Android phone A14 had the same issue too.

This is a very slow phone. My old phone updates and charges in literally half the time. I do the updating on wifi and depending on how much needs updated you will need to find something to do it's going to be a while, no phone should need 20 to 30 minutes to update. And to charge even from just 50% you'll need about an hour and a half.

This is not the best choice if you do a lot on your phone. It is not very fast. And the camera leaves a lot to be desired.

I was so happy about my order i give 5 star to best buy

My phone is constantly slowing down and I have to restart it in order for it to work again. The screen freezes and the only way to fix that is to restart the phone, which I can't do because the screen is frozen. I then have to wait for the phone to die in order to fix the screen issue. This happens very often.

This model is awfully slow even compared to most phones older than this. It seems like Samsung is putting their slowest processors on these lower end phones combined with a newer operating system that it's just too much for these type of phones to handle.... avoid this phone at all cost.

laggy and irritating to use if you prefer smoothness. when you try to input opt from the messaging app the browser refreshes and you have to request a new opt every time, so either you have to use the notification or do the process in a different system
