Very good cheap option for a phone, doesnt have a lot of ram but 128 gb of storage makes up for that. If a little laggy phone doesnt bother you definitely worth the purchase. For the price 5 stars

After having used my new Samsung A16 cell phone, it is NOT as fast as I initially thought. MANY TIMES, I get frustrated when the cell phone DOESN'T respond as quickly as I would like. In addition, the battery drains quite rapidly. I would NOT recommend the Samsung A16 cell phone to anyone.

- The device is great, including the colors. - I like it because is not heavy, very light phone. - It has all functions that I need. - The only think I found is the amount of RAM. It would be great if Samsung adds more RAM to the device, to make it a little bit faster.

I'm having fun getting to know the different features. Having the product manual available online is very useful. When I first got the phone, I was having problems getting it set up. I came into Best Buy to ask for help. One of your staff at the customer service did it beautifully for and with me. That was VERY appreciated. I also bought the protector for the back and the electric plug adaptor. I understand the extra charge for the protector but think the electric plug should be included with the phone. It doesn't run without power.

I purchased this phone couple weeks ago at BestBuys. I read a few of the other reviews that mentioned it was a tad slow due to low ram. I am not typically a purchaser of super high end phones, so can't comment. Works great for me. Love the phone for the price point. For me at this price can't complain.

Very capable cellphone...lots of features, if you can figure out how to use them. Therein lies the difficulty. Included instructions are skimpy and not intuitive. Of course if you're a teenager, you'll have it mastered in 15 minutes or less.

I dropped my Galaxy Flip phone while traveling out of state. The touch screen no longer functional. Thats no air flight, no Uber, no access to family. Best Buy helped me with this inexpensive smart phone. getting me out of a serious jam. It was functional and served me well!

Good phone at a great price for average users that don’t require much processing power. It handles most of the tasks well, apps work without lag, battery life is good. Samsung has promised software update support for 5+ years. I’m happy with the purchase.
