I like the Samsung A16 phone, the camera is great and the battery life is good. The only issue is the phone gets too hot when charging and the screen refresh rate is slow

Who says you need an iPhone? This phone is great for the everyday tasks. Decent battery life, great screen for the price and a big screen. Some limitations and lack of speed but if you dont care about having the very ultimate this will do just fine.

The Samsung Galaxy A16 5G is a budget-friendly smartphone with a 6.7-inch AMOLED display, smooth performance for everyday tasks, and a long-lasting 5,000mAh battery. It has a 50MP main camera that takes decent photos in good lighting but struggles in low light. While it’s not ideal for heavy gaming, it offers six years of software updates, making it a great long-term option for casual users. If you need a reliable, affordable phone with 5G support, this is a solid choice.

This phone is a great budget model and runs smoothly in my opinion. While there are some recent changes to the UI and UX, you can easily customize your experience via developer settings and regular settings to keep and maintain your preferences. It's simple, easy to use, and most importantly it's cost effective. While it is a little slow, it works for everyday use, just clear out unused apps and ram and you are good.

there are certain things I miss about my old phone that the new one does not do, like having to press ok after typing in your pin number... Did not have to do that before. It send messages to my email instead of where it is supposed to go. but other than that it is a good phone. Nice screen and pictures, lots of GB room. Good for my purposes

I'm pleasantly surprised with how good of a phone this is despite it being one of the least expensive options at best buy. It's sturdy, fast, the camera is great and I haven't had any issues or little things that are annoying about it like I've had happen with other phones that cost more. Both my teens that are haters of android like it too and said they would choose this phone over there usual iPhones that are starting to have problems. If your debating on getting this phone but skeptical on the quality because the price is low, it's a good phone. I have dropped it multiple times already and even accidentally ran it over with my bike (I'm not light) and it's some how not damaged at all I bought the cheapest phone case best buy had and it is holding up really well too.

The Galaxy A16 5G offers great value with its 6.7” AMOLED 90Hz display, long-lasting 5000 mAh battery, and 6 years of updates. It’s smooth for daily tasks and photos, though performance can lag with heavy use. The 50 MP camera is decent, build is plastic but sturdy. I have used this phone as my daily driver for 2 weeks and not sorry! This phone does almost everything the top Samsung Flagship phones do! Sure it's a little slower but adequate. The camers are surprisingly good. Runs great for calls, texting, browsing and streaming. Has features like the big boys! Edge panels, Secure Folder plus one thing the flagships don't have; a SDCard slot! On a tight budget? Just buy it!

The phone is new, so yes it's working better than the previous one I was using. A lot of space has already been used and I can't figure out how since I havent even gotten started on videos and photos for work (realtor). I will use until it needs upgrading and then probably switch to a larger capacity more flasy version. Its nice and im able to use it for email, open house announcements, pics videos and zoom/meets/teams work. Im upset with BB because I really needed help xfering data and apps. They want $100 bucks to do it. Rip off...just help your customers instead of trying to gouge them! You have the resources in store to sit with me for 15 -30 minutes and xfer the data so I can have my new device work and contain all my information. That would be well rounded service.

Got Samsung Galaxy A16 for my dad and honestly, it’s a solid budget pick. The display is big and vibrant, battery easily lasts me a full day, though I would prefer A17 as the display is much better.

This has the most beautiful screen I've seen on any phone I've had. It might not be the fastest phone I've had, but it does pretty decent for only 4 GB of RAM. The screen ratio is perfect, the text very readable on any app. The OS feels a lot like Apple. Very quality build. Not sure I would use it for work as a main phone but I'm retired so it works fine for me.
