Good phone. My husband uses it for watching alot of videos. Battery lasts a long time, Only drawback is the screen cracked very easy.

Just love it, alot faster than my old j7 galaxy. It was super easy bringing all of my contacts from my old phone. Im not electronic savy

Good phone for the money, takes great pictures, with good battery life

The pictures quality is alot more advanced and there are any apps that are easy to download. It fits perfect in pockets and has very fast charging!! And battery has lasted me a whole day and a half so it's perfect for on the go.

I bought this at Christmas for mu son at a really good price. Its a nice cell phone. My son likes it.

I kinda feel like the phone owns me , instead of the other way around. When I first set it up , I had to allow Samsung to look at all my phone stuff, read my messages , check out all my contacts. View my photos, Makes you feel a little violated . But it's a ok phone . It's not as smooth as my Samsung J 7.

Good, cheap phone, Does what it needs to do and I was able to get it the next day. Would recommend if you need a phone quickly. Not applicable with my AT&T plan, which sucked, but no big deal.

This phone is easy to use and understand. I'm amazed at the number of functions and how well it performs. It holds it's own up against a number of more expensive phones and is dependable.

I am very pleased with my new Samsung Galaxy A20. This is a upgrade for me. I had the A10. The new phone seem to be much easier to operate and it working GREAT!!!!!

So far so good, wish these phones had cameras with Image Stabilization, but other than that it's a great phone.

I like the thin style of the phone an the large screen, the graphics are good an the sound is average. I would buy this phone again If needed it's a very good product

I found myself needing to upgrade my phone for work detail, but didn't want or need a "Superstar" phone,,,,just something rugged, easy to use, and reliable. This Total Wireless Samsung A20 was just the ticket! Very pleased with both the Phone and the Pay as You Go Plan......Would recommend for those who like me do not need all the "frills", but still need a good solid unit. Very pleased on all counts

Sadly, the A20 purchased at Best Buy was defective and it took 3 days of working with the Geek Squad to get anyone to admit that possibility. 3 days of "it's just downloading " and of "it's ok now" before we got a refund and only got that as store credit. We've always had good service at Best Buy previously so hope this will be an isolated instance.
