Bought for my son to have something to install some games on, and it really is a tremendous value. The screen is bright and sharp, along with a very large battery capacity. Overall, I am very pleased with the purchase. Bang for the buck can't be beat.

This phone has been a disappointment. I still can't get the screenshots feature to work. Even two Best Buy employees weren't able to get it to work.

This phone worked for a couple of weeks ..it barely rained the other day and now phone will not even turn on ...I'd rather get a pager...the A series 23 do not live up to what is claimed ..crap phones..service won't help either

Do not buy this phone. It is not waterproof at all which is mindblowing since the previous version was. Brand new phone took a dip in the toilet and was fried instantly.

It's for my grandfather so it does everything it needs for him

Phone limited in features from flagship phones. Phone is fast and is large screen however, the front facing camera is absolutely TRASH! If you do not care about front facing camera then you will love this device.

I just got the phone and its already broke. These phones are the worst this is my second Galaxy that broke from Bestbuy know I have to get a new phone. I don't know if its samsung or bestbuy they both are not working for me

Phone Rings: Incoming Call, Furious Swiping, Jabbing on Talk Won't Open/Connect/Answer the Call. Junk. Nice for YT Videos, Worthless as a Phone.

Poor quality phone messes up bad screen keeps flickering to different apps stays vibrating all the time phone not good at all

Phone wont charge beyond 84 percent. Frustrated! Battery life sucks!!

The phone's mobile data connection wouldn't work and spotty in mid NYC. While it displayed a 5G connection no app had mobile data. It lost connection after 10 minutes of non use and doesn't connection on boot. Would of like to return it to Best Buy but had Samsung Customer Service run me through hoops before selling me a more expensive phone while giving 50% trade in rate for a less than a month old phone.

Do not buy this phone. It may be apt for boomers but young people will hate the slow processing speed of this phone

Features like the SD card and 3.5 mm jack were important to me, good photos good operability and good price. 3 months of use and the charge port went bad. Not software correctable it's hardware. Best buy would not do anything for me because I did not buy their geek service. I did get a referral to take it a couple of authorized Samsung service shops miles and miles away, but neither stocked parts or would service it. They told me to take take it to, surprise, best buy. Ended up having to ship the phone off to Samsung in Texas for two weeks turnaround. Luckily I had an older phone I could put back to work. While I think I erred in not paying extra for the geek service, my real error was not buying this from my service provider who would have honored the manufacturer warranty and handled the whole thing with a phone call.

Camera is trash and have a lagging problem. Its time is up and the phone is old

I love this phone got it for boost mobile I had the Samsung Galaxy 13 4g version big upgrade but I'm going to get it for Metro service where I am is much better

Price not great. Product is discontinued I believe. Better options available

Bang for your budget and it has a 120hz screen is a plus
