The phone itself is very nice. I would give it 5 stars if I were reviewing just the phone. Transferring the data from my old phone was easy. Picture quality is exceptional. Battery life is SO much better. (this was the reason for purchasing a new phone). I have no real complaints about the phone other than the constant attempt for me to set up a fingerprint sign in. The problem comes in with the Best Buy service department. Upon receiving my phone, all was well until I noticed a very small nick on my screen, which quickly, developed into a substantial crack. The phone had not been dropped or anything dropped on it. It was in a case with bumpers on the corners for protection since I took it out of the box. I can only suspect there was an unnoticeable crack already there upon receipt. At this point, the phone had been in my possession a week. So, I went online to the chat, explained the situation, was assured by two different representatives that this would be covered by the 14 days repair or return policy of Best Buy. I made an appointment to go into the closest store to me (45 minutes away), only to be treated as a liar (I MUST have done the damage myself) and told they could not replace the phone for me. I explained that I did not want a replacement phone, just wanted the screen either repaired or replaced. I told the manager, if it wasn’t applicable under their policy, I would just pay to have it done. THEN, I was informed that they did not work on Android phones in the store, only iPhones, and was referred to a local repair shop. This would have been nice to know up front, as I told each representative that I chatted with the exact model of my phone. I mentioned this to the manager and told him that Best Buy should make sure that their online representatives should be better educated in their policy details, only to be told, “oh, well, you could have been talking to anyone, anywhere, maybe even in Minnesota.” I fail to see why that would be relevant to the situation. I would assume Best Buy’s policies are the same, no matter where you live. In closing, let me just say that this is the third phone I have purchased from Best Buy. This is the first one I have purchased online and had shipped to me. Prior to this, I have had no problems, so was not involved with the Geek Squad for anything. I was not impressed with their service. Perhaps it was just this particular store. (located at 3750 SW Archer Rd, Gainesville, FL, 32608). I would like to think so. So, this is the reason for only a three stars rating. I am an honest person and did not appreciate the attitude of the people I dealt with.

great phone. replaced a broken phone. does pretty much everything the really expensive versions do. PLUS was concerned about getting info from broken phone into new phone, but once I entered all my info in the new phone, it updated all the info from the Samsung backup BY ITSELF! NO HASSLE SWITCHING TO A NEW PHONE!

very happy and pleased with this phone it works great has the same stuff as the S20 just not the peice tag.. camera is good speed is good screen size is nice ..

It is a great phone for the price. I hoped it would be bigger (had to be delivered since there were none in stock at the Best Buy I bought it at). Operates smoothly. Be sure to say no to all the bloatware Samsung is famous for.

Im SOOOOOOOO happy with this purchase! This phone gives me everything I need and so much more! And the price was amazing! I look forward to going on my next trip and taking AMAZING pictures! Now I can start that travel blog!

I waited a super long time to upgrade. The jump from an S7 to this phone is one of the cooler things I've done in a while. Fast, great camera, good battery life and it's not just for social media...it's a phone too. I can make calls to people far away from me. Technology is crazy. What will they think of next?

Purchased this phone for my 75yr old father. Got the phone at a good price and easy for him to navigate being his previous phone was an S7 Edge. Very nice phone for the money, fast and wireless charging a plus. Now to see how long it will last...

Product is great. Activation, purchase translation was terrible!!!! Has to go back to the store 2 times before the Manager was able to take care of all issues.

Bigger than my old phone, but nice so far. Fairly easy to use.

i need to keep updating after a few months and still needs to work out to stop the tabs from coming up and freezing cant figure out that might take it to the store if that works

Bought this device for my 13 year old son. It has been a great purchase so far. The screen is large and the features of the device are great especially for games...

This phone is a solid phone. It may not be a flagship but it has characteristics pretty close. I would recommend this device to anyone looking for a great phone at a great price.

I bought two of these 128gb phones for my in-laws. They love them. Setup and transferring data/contacts with Samsung switch was easy. You will be hard pressed to find better/more phone for your money.

Fast zippy phone. Other than extra features (wireless charging) I can't tell a difference between this and $1000 phones. Plus it has a headphone jack.
