This phone has everything I need and easy to use. Screen is great size and has good clear graphics and lighting. I am older and not a "tech" person so I appreciate the ease of this phone.

To deal with the 4 stars 1st, the reasons the A51 I didn't give 5 stars were 1) the length of charging chord is short to the point where you're going to be lucky if you can plug it in and use at the same time if you don't happen to have a chair right next to an outlet and you'll struggle to be able to plug in and have the phone on a bedside table. 2) The second reason is not particularly significant to me, but I do wonder if the battery life may be shorter than a heavy streaming content user would like. Other than those 2 points, I can't fault the phone for an everyday user. There are a lot of you tube vids for this phone that take little digs here and there. For example, the camera is great for 95% of users who are just doing their normal Facebook/Instagram stuff. However, the micro dissection on youtube would make you think it stinks. Those videos are total garbage by idiots who try to impress us with technical knowhow, but probably do no more than take selfies with the cats and stuff like that as does everyone else.

Nice phone that has all my husband needs, except we forgot to check for wireless charging, which it doesnt have. Nice large screen, love the 5G.

Really good phone...even better when you consider the $10 per month price! Works fast and can handle everything I throw at it. Only issue i occasionally have is when it is looking for 5g and tells me I have no internet connection. I toggle in and out of airplane mode and that seems to fix it. Also, be careful if you go without a case...this phone is very slippery.

Great look to the back! I tend to use my phones to death so this one replaced a 6+ year old phone. Perhaps is not surprising, then, that it is lightning fast, especially when compared to my prior phone. I really like the organization of the screens as well.

Got this phone in January had a Samsung 9 and upgraded. Took a little while to get used to. Face recognition isn't that great. Phone has a lot of room on it.

Purchased this for my wife. She loves it. Stays charged for quite a while. Small enough for her hands and slips into a pocket very easy.

Am trying to work my way around this phone. The instruction pamphlet is not much help. Some of the features from my old phone don t seem to be present or I can t find them because the instruction booklet doesn t tell you how. When i try to find what Im looking to do on the phone it s hard to figure out. Speed is good, Picture clarity good

She took the time to set up my new phone so that I didn't have to .She was very friendly and took care of everything. My experience was very good .

Very happy with the phone. It looks good and feels good in my hand. My previous phone was a top line model when purchased 5 years ago. But when it needed replacing, I decided a mid range phone would be adequate for my current needs. But on account of newer technology, it feels as if I've stepped up.

This is a very nice Galaxy and has a nice screen size, great camera and all the features I need.

I wasn't looking to change phones. My phone was starting to show they 6 years of service. I looked over what was available. I have never had a Samsung before and decided to give it a try. I love the fact the battery last all day without a charge. The transfer from my old phone went well. Compact. I am pleased and thrilled to not have to carry my charger around all day.

My kids love these phones. At 0 down and $10 / mo they were a steal. It's a good quality phone with good battery life for little $$.

It’s a great phone, quick, intuitively obvious settings. The one thing that is not terrific is the biometrics. It has to scan my fingerprints too many times, and it has to perfectly align with the fingerprint area. My iPhone read my fingerprints if they were crooked, on a daily basis for about five years, so I don’t know why this is so difficult. Nothing like having your phone lock up when you really need it! Other than that one thing, so far, its a great phone.
