Purchased this phone for my husband, a 1st time smart phone user. It was easy to navigate to help assist him in learning. Has all the bells and whistles of an more expensive phone and takes great quality pictures! The price for this phone is awesome!

The Samsung A51 is the perfect phone for me. My phone is linked to my Samsung Tablet so I didn't need the S20 or S20 note we bought for my wife. The A51 has a great camera, large screen, and the capability of scanning screen shots into a document is a real timesaver. The price point was low enough to justify insuring it with Best Buy.

Was a little weary about buying this phone because of inexpensive price. But was very impressed with this phone. It takes a great picture. It has many features. Plays games and videos great. I am not a tech person so I am sure I haven’t tapped all the possibilities this phone has to offer. Transfer of data from old phone went smoothly with the help of an agent. Really glad I purchased this phone.

The Samsung Galaxy A51 is a great phone. Some enhancements over my other Galaxy. Still getting used the differences, but very pleased with this model. I was "most impressed" with the man that helped with my purchase and the set up of the new phone. He was very patient, thorough and did he an excellent job in communicating to me the differences in my new phone over the previous. I spent years in sales in my career, and I feel communication is a priority with customers. I will not hesitate in choosing Best Buy in the future.

The Samsung Galaxy A51 is an excellent phone for the money. Got a great price, under $250 and was very impressed with the features, screen size, brightness and ease of pairing bluetooth devices. The only thing I wanted but didn't get with this phone is wireless charging. You still need a charging cord to juice it up. Other than that, an excellent phone in every aspect.

I broke my edge right when I paid the last payment over a year ago. I was so mad at purchasing an expensive phone and didn't make it to the end I went and bought a 200 dollar phone. Needless to say you get what you pay for in most cases. After so many frustrating issues, I gave in and thought I was going to have to spend over $1,000 on a decent phone. This A51 is a good phone, and not pricey. It is fast and has a lot of storage.

This is just the type of phone I needed. My other previous phones were smaller, but I must admit I enjoy having the larger screen size. I like what Galaxy phones have to offer and this phone came at a great price. I haven't had any problems. It gets the job done, runs smoothly and has nice features.

Ordered this phone as an upgrade for one of our phone lines. The phone has a nice display and takes great pictures. It has plenty of storage, plus takes a SD card. This was an upgrade from a Samsung J3 so it was definitely an improvement. The phone was on sale so got a great price. Very pleased with this phone.

After purchasing very expensive phones for my husband and son, I lamented over the fact that I need to purchase one for myself as well. As a matter of fact, I protested. When I told my techie husband that I was getting the Galaxy A51, he warned me against cheap phones and said that I might as well buy an expensive one once...blah, blah, blah. Well, I'm happy with my phone! It does everything I need it to do. I'm not super techie and really wish I didn't have to carry one, but since I do, the convenience is great. All my apps work, I can make/take calls, text, and surf the net on a phone with a screen big enough to see but not so big that it covers the entire side of my head!!

its great that I didn't have to pay an arm or a leg to get a good camera. It does everything I need with a ton of storage. A MUST is the glass protector with the lifetime warranty. I dropped my camera the first day, and it broke the screen not the camera..and Best Buy replaced it the next day.

Best phone I've ever owned. I absolutely love it and am very pleased with the amazing phone quality for the low price. The camera is great. The style and size is perfect. easily accessible applications and clear picture. Finger print works very quickly. It charges fast and lasts 24hrs.

Got this phone to replace S9 that has had many screen replacements. So far this phone has been great. I'm actually surprised that the battery last longer than my S9. Very impressed with picture quality as well. Thinking about updating my mother's phone to this one as well

Great value, more than just a basic phone. Battery life is more than my S9, camera is twice as fast and screen is larger. I did remove some game apps and others that I have no interest in using.

Only had this phone for a couple of days but I'm very happy and impressed with it so far. I "down graded" to this from my galaxy s9 can't tell any difference in function, resolution or power. Im never getting a brand new top of the line phone again it feels incredible having this phone like im a free man not having to worry about breaking a 1k plus phone or dealing with the despair after you do. Best phone decision I've made love the way it looks and feels and runs, buy it and be free and happy...

I had the a50 and destroyed it in bout 6 mos. into the relationship . not the phones fault I chose the a51 seeing that it came out shortly after I had purchased the a50 and figured it was an upgraded version it I s..little things here and there in not sure why they were messed with. regardless, I am happy with the phone as the fingerprint scanner seems to have improved also I utilize many apps and it does a pretty good job managing all of them one piece of advice I would give is to immediately get a case for it it is a beautiful phone however the thinness and smooth finish make it akin to a fish in the hands

Memory is good, takes good pictures, but I don't like how there is no button to get back to the home screen like my old phone had. There have been many times I got stuck in an app and couldn't get out of it easily.

This phone is awesome, especially for the price! The size is great. It functions well and is inexpensive. Especially when Best Buy is running a sale. The only downside is you can't wirelessly charge it.

Much less expensive than the S models. Replaced an S7. Speed good, camera very good. Is a little buggy playing some video clips...just will not play some clips. I recommend this phone for value conscious purchasers.
