Excellent value with good performance. Got this for my daughter for $250. Great phone at that price & I won't be upset when it breaks it, because she will break it.

Love this phone and love the price. I see no need to spend alot for a phone so this fit the bill nicely. Takes great pictures and is plenty fast surfing the web.

This phone is super for the price and great for teens. It is easy to set up. Battery so far seems good. Pictures are great with lots of options.

Nice phone for the price. Everything opens quickly. It has a lot of different ringtones that I didn't expect. Camera is good. Price varies between Best Buy and going directly to Verizon, so I recommend checking Best Buy. Best Buy price also changed a day after I bought it so I went back to see if I could have the new offer, but they were not helpful, saying that the new offer required a trade in, but that is not what it said on the app. He showed me this on their computer, so I guess he was right, but pricing on the app is deceiving.

It was a lot cheaper than the phone I had but it is a really good phone. I hate getting a new phone but this one was really easy to get used to.

This phone took a little time getting used to after having an older Android phone. Once gotten used to the phone performs very well. Any new phone different than the previous phone requires you to adapt to it. Battery life is good (depending on the use and amount of interaction one has with email, photo taking, internet access, etc). I generally get a day to two days on a charge. Photos are easy with the A51.

Excellent phone. This phone has all the important features without having to spend a lot of money for a newer model. Completely satisfied.

I didn't want a big, bulky phone, so this one was okay for me to carry in my pocket. It holds a charge very well and is easy to operate.

Our 15 year old worked putting in a sprinkler system and mowed lawns so he could buy his own phone. He really likes this, just wishes it had a better processor. Overall, so much better than his Samsung Stylo 3 he was previously using, he likes the camera, and and ability to do way more with this phone.

The phone seems to be a great value. It works just as expected once you get it set up. The set up was harder than normal. It didn't fully load apps then had to factory reset to do it again. The camera is great and it seems like it will be a great phone. Only thing I wish was that the speaker was located in a better location.

So far phone has worked well and is a very reasonably priced phone The more important detail of our purchase is we had a glitch in the set up of the phone and because we received the phone by mail we went to the Naples location and were immediately helped by a very patient young woman who spent an hour getting ignored by Verizon before she found a person there who solved the issue. My compliments to your service and sales staff, we have always been treated very well.

Extremely satisfied with this phone..went from google pixel 1 to this and the camera is vastly better. The size as well.

Upgraded from the Galaxy j7v which served me for years, but lacked sufficient memory for apps. Best Buy had the best sale price in store or online. The rep transferred almost everything from my old phone, and installed screen protector and case in the store while I waited. Store personnel observed covid safety protocols. Since the os on the A51 is similar to the j7v, it was a smooth transition. No more insufficient memory issues. Very satisfied.

Screen goes all the way to the edge, making a nice viewing surface. Battery stays charged 2 days easily.
