It's a great phone! Can use everything on my 4 inch screen, battery life is great, video recording has exceptional quality and is pretty durable for rough use. It is super fast and the tech is really updated relating to connected devices like laptops, tabs, etc

Im well pleased with my Samsung A36 phone, I like the Lime colored glass back so well that I purchased a protective phone case with a clear back. I mean, when a phone looks that attractive, why hide it? I really like the camera on this phone. I can take pictures in settings that really could use more light and still make out all facial features of the people being photographed from quite a few feet away. Thats a great improement over my old 2021 phone of a different brand. I also like that this phone can help identify spam callers and will allow me to send that caller to text which a lot of spam callers refuse to talk to. Plus this phone has 128GB of storage and more RAM than my previous 2021 phone. I got a great deal on my Samsung A36. I would recommend this phone to a friend.

Hi, I put a 4* star rating cause... It's a mostly good phone, with "a few" exceptions. An A36 5G is a good or excellent phone cause of it being 5G, it has 5,000 mAh battery, good battery life so far, good display quality, and I thought I read the one I picked out has 128 Gb's storage space. Also I heard it has a 50 Mp Cam which is pretty kool. The things I don't like (or that I have to compromise on) is that- 1. It only has 6 Gig's of ram instead of 8 or so. 2. I haven't been liking that modern smartphones has an infinity screen or bezel-les screens (cause u could accidentally touch an on screen button without realizing it). 3. I don't like that the "windows, home button, and the back" button/s is some times hidden, so I gotta either turn off the screen & turn the screen back on to get to see "the home and back button" or slide my finger or thumb up a little bit from the bottom of the screen to get the 3 or 4 buttons to show up again before I can decide if I'll want to close an app window page. Annd some moments the back of the phone has a normal slippery feeling to it so I gotta be careful when holding it. So far just a few things that I don't like, plus an A36 G is currently still new to me and I'm learning about it in 2026, so overall it's pretty kool. So I put "Good" cause A36 5G is an above average phone, but not an excellent one (as an excellent smartphone to me would be closer to an S25 ultra & with a minimum of 8 Gig's ram option with 160 hrtz screen refresh rate, but with bezels and the actual home screen button of an S7 Edge & a length of 6. 5 inches in total length/height).

My experience as been a good one. Mostly due to good customer service giving detailed information on how to use the phone. Which as encouraged me to buy other products and become part of the Best Buy family. Very good camera, very good overall product. I will definitely be back and refer BestBuy to others. Bought this phone to replace my daughter's cracked phone. So far so good! She loves the camera quality and the battery seems to be lasting.

I had a samsung G before this phone and I liked it and wanted another. This Samsung keeps me connected even out in the country when other phones can't. Good pics.

Bought this phone for my mom during the Black Friday sale. Very user friendly. Easy to navigate. The picture quality is really good as well.

Thought i was upgrading from a Galaxy A14 but this A36 proved me wrong.Ph gets HOT,Freezes up while using apps over and over.Wanted to return it,i thought i had 30 days,surprise i only got 2 wks !! Picture & Screen are good but performance is bad .

Easy as it comes. This is perfect and unlocked. Scrolls good and videos clear
