Took 2 people to activate our new phone and took about an hour. Also took an extra trip to the store. Could have used more guidance on transfer of data to new phone. Phones themselves working well now. Was problem on Sprints end, maybe.

So Far, So Good.... 45 days and counting.... The Switch/Swap program was pretty cool, transferred my contacts, texts, etc over in one fell swoop! saved a lot of aggravation. old phone must be compatible with the SW app though...

This phone is the worst phone ever. It was sold to me by an eager sales person trying to make a sale. Not the wanted the reception is bad,drops calls, can't talk upstairs. I'm a disabled older lady and my phone is useless in my bedroom.I couldn't return it.And I can't pay another.
