I took it back to Best Buy and they replaced it, so I had to go through transferring the data and setting it back up. The new phone works good and I'm happy with it. My wife is happy with hers and hasn't had any trouble.

They will not touch the phone for any reason and will tell you to go Samsung to get it fixed and if they can not do it they will send you back to best buy. Got a phone that lost connection to my service provider randomly and no one can fix it or replace it

Even without the 5 G, I think this is a great phone. The pictures are great and UI I think is better than the Pixel 2. Features are better. It's quick, although not blazing fast. the UI is more intuitive than the Pixel 2 (which I assume isn't much different than the Pixel 4(a). Only issue is the lack of cases for this phone, so you have to basically buy from a verizon store. the UW feature makes it incompatible with other A71 cases from other cell phone companies.
