Overall works great but is very basic for what actually comes on the side. Fast tho. DO NOT LOOSE THE WALL PLUG. expensive to replace and nearly impossible to replace with any charger equivalent in watts.

Reasonable cost for the power, touchscreen and Windows 11 is so far stable unlike previous versions (had to return my PC 3 times a few years ago and used a Mac since). I bought this as purely a second computer and happy with it.

Laptop Won't Turn On After Less Than A Month

Laptop has been in service less than a month (since 2/27/23). Laptop does not turn on or appear to receive a charge. Sold a defective item and Geek Squad now wants me to pay for a protection plan to get my $1000 laptop that's less than 30 days old fixed. I am a repeat Best Buy customer for our small business. I am appalled by the service of this product and Best Buy team.

New work laptop

She wanted something lighter than our other laptop. It's fast, plenty of storage, easy to use and it has the front camera she needs for video calls and training. Got it at a great price too!

Nothing but hardware and processing issues.

I had similar issues with my previous Samsung laptop, it is safe to say that I will not be purchasing a Samsung laptop anytime in the future, I have always worked with Windows OS and have never had as many issues with processing, running, and overall hardware than with this brand of computer. The only reason it is getting 2 starts is because it looks nice, the hardware in this computer is cheap and not worth your time. Look at an HP or Lenovo in my opinion.

Easy to use but I don’t really use it for a business or anything confusing.I only have it a few weeks nice size screen slim design and like it so far love the touch screen
