It's a beautiful, fast, easy to use computer. It's light weight so it's easy to carry around. Has a great picture, sound and touch screen.

Works better and faster than my old one. One drawback is there is no back-lit keyboard. Wish I had realized that before I bought it. Battery seems to run down quickly. Screen is a little small but that is just personal preference. Overall, it is a good unit.

Would not highly recommend this laptop. You can only charge with the cable and box that came with the computer, and the battery is not built for longevity. I had to send my laptop back the month after my insurance expired (7 months into owning it). The battery died and I wasn’t able to repair it cheaply. Best Buy would also not cover the cost to fix it or allow me to trade it in even though it was new had barely been used.

This is the best computer for the money. Came on time and is easy to use. It light weight and is touch screen. I would recommend you getting the extended warranty, so if there is any issues the Geek Squad will take care of it

Best selling points are thin & very lightweight body, good size, and great value for the specs (11th gen Core i7, 16GB memory). Purchased mine on sale at $699 and was thrilled. But two VERY disappointing things from the Samsung brand: 1. Below average display with bad viewing angles 2. No backlit keyboard Backlit keyboard: This feature is standard on almost all laptops nowadays, including my old budget laptop from 2014. Really absurd that it's not included here in my opinion. Display: The biggest negative by far. Samsung is one of the best display makers in the world but the one they used on this laptop is awful. - Viewing angles are very, very, VERY poor - looking at the display from any angle other than immediately standing in front of it, you immediately lose clear visibility and the screen looks washed out. - If you want to watch anything with a friend or two by your side, the image will look dim or unclear. - Colors / Brightness / Contrast also look terrible out-of-box. Makes it seem very dark. If you want to fix this, I strongly recommend using Windows 11's 'calibrate display' feature and the Intel Graphics app in the start menu to adjust settings - Being positive, the non-glossy texture is fine and brightness is great (only when looking straight at it) Overall very good value & well-built lightweight body, but the bad display and backlit keyboard were almost terrible enough for me to return it. Ultimately I fixed the bad color/brightness and my wife needed something lightweight & easy to carry.

This laptop is fast and efficient. The picture quality is really good, as you would expect from Samsung. What surprised me is how light it is. By far the lightest laptop I have ever owned. This is a great laptop.

Bought this for my son to take to college. Better and cheaper than the one recommended and sold at his college. Loaded up his programs from the school and took it to orientation - worked flawlessly! Great value.

Very compact, fast and works well. Great battery life and wifi speeds. Came with Windows 11 which was great! Price was very good for the features it came with including the 16GB of memory and the faster chip. Very pleased.

The listing is incorrect. This laptop is advertised as an LED screen- it is not. It is an LCD screen. I returned this laptop for the lack of LED screen also the speakers did not give great sound. The edge of the laptop is also not curved at all, so it hurts your palm after using the trackpad for awhile. Some positives about this laptop are that for an LED screen the contrast was pretty good. The trackpad was responsive and had a nice feel. I love the number keypad but I do not like that the keyboard isn't backlit. I returned for a Dell Inspiron instead.

Runs great until you get close to the storage capacity. My son is his third year in college and it only lasted him 9 months. Dropped his phone and screen ruined. Not as durable as another laptop we own

I'm very pleased with this computer so far. It is much faster than my old Dell laptop and the price was right. Coincidentally, I have a Samsung Galaxy smartphone so I know this company makes quality products. The 15.6" screen is perfect for my needs.

Great computer love it although my screen recently stop working i plugged it up today it came on now it’s back to not coming on

I bought an open box and its decent for the price. It's not super fast and the battery life could be longer. I could get 4-5 hours of full use out of it.

Absolutely love my computer i use it for everything and when it comes time to upgrade it will be for the same!
