Absolutely love my computer i use it for everything and when it comes time to upgrade it will be for the same!

Its perfect if you want to use it for school or everday use. For the price, it isn't as good as it should be for running games and such.

My college student needed to change from the mac to a windows computer. This was a great option and offered all the bells and whistles on the wish list. Installation of MS office was simple! The touch screen is an additional feature that we wanted for the laptop. We reviewed Lenovo, Dell, and HP but this Samsung proved to be the one that met the needs and wants of our college freshman.

Good laptop purchased which is worthy for my every day task

So far I’m very happy with this purchase. The computer is sleek and light weight, the speed is great, the battery lasts a long time. I have no complaints

A great upgrade. Touch screen needs to get used to as well as the touch pad. Big fingers and light touch sometimes causes strange things to happen that I have to go back and undue. But that is just me and a learning curve.

Its been good to me so far. Very responsive, never lags. Speakers could be a little louder but definitely not a deal breaker. Has handled every task ive thrown at it so far from running my DJ software, streaming, etc.

I ended choosing the 360 and was given this laptop and I returned it and was given the laptop I ordered. I would definitely recommend both these laptops to colleges or computer

Took a chance on a Samsung and I am very pleased. Speed, battery life, memory, size, picture quality are all perfect for my needs.

This is my first Samsung laptop but it seems great so far, it is very lightweight and ultra thin. This laptop also has a touch screen!

i AM MOSTLY SATISFIED WITH THE GALAXY BOOK. I PURCHASED IT AS AN OPEN BOX PURCHASE. THE ORIGINAL OWNER OR OPERATOR WAS STILL ON IT AS AN ADMINISTRATOR, SO I HAD TO DELETE HIM AND THE DATA FILES.

After using my previous Samsung for over 6 years, the choice was easy. I had no issues with set up and no issues so far with the computer itself. Windows 11 is new, but working through that.

This is a good laptop very fast. But it suffers from little things like no lighted keyboard. the display has to be at the right angle to look good.

I've had this laptop for about a month and like it very much. I like the size. It's very portable, yet there is plenty of space to get the work done I need to. It seems to me to be larger than it actually is. Plenty of processing power for all my needs along with s large enough drive. I like the way the keyboard feels and it's easy to navigate. Resolution is great for my needs. I've had Samsung phones for a long time, but this is my first Samsung computer. I love it! Oh, the battery life is good and it charges quickly. I recommend it.

I bought this for home/personal use. Runs very smoothly and snappy. I mainly use it for web browsing and documents so its perfect for that. I love the build quality and its light too. Not much negative I can say. If I had to say one negative is that the screen is a little duller than my previous laptop, not very bright. But yea overall I am very happy with it. Plus I got it for on sale for $799 and Bestbuy gave me $200 gift card so I paid $600. GREAT BUY.

It’s a decent computer with the i7 and 512gb hard drive. It’s also very very light weight and ultra thin with a touch screen but that’s about where it stops being a good laptop. The things that are lacking, once all combined, are making me regret the purchase. So the graphics card, is the only this that I blame myself for since I didn’t look at the specs for it graphics, it’s a basic card and nothing crazy fancy. Then my next problem is the ports, oh boy. Two usb 3.0s & 1 usb-c for data transfers. I have an external hard drive that never gets unplugged so I have. To choose between my keyboard and mouse to put in the port ends up with me needing to get a docking station. And there’s no Ethernet port, at all. So I can’t even connect to the internet directly to use this laptop with the most efficient internet. There is a no backlit keyboard, which sucks cause I like to work on my computer with dim lights and I have to turn my light up sometimes if I can’t see the keys. The battery is terrible, don’t even try to use it unplugged unless it’s necessary and my charger, within less then a week, has copper coming out and bare wire is all exposed at the connector. When it arrive the plug it was already slightly bent and didn’t seat properly. The fan is very loud and it still doesnt help to keep the computer from overheating.

I have used many laptops in my life, and this one has been one of the best. It's very similar in design to an iMac Laptop and very slim and easy to carry. Screen size is nice and having the number pad on the keyboard layout is perfect my job when crunching numbers. Operation speed is pretty quick and fast. Battery life is good. Not had a problem so far.
