Personally have been a MAC user my whole life but I have enjoyed using this computer because of its different features and capabilities I am not used to. Battery life is pretty good my only dislike is that this computer is loud and gets hot most of the time. I use this computer for business/school and it gets the job done very nicely.

I bought this for being an OTR truck driver. I can do my work on the road with little to no effort at all.

This is exactly as Described in many reviews and on the Samsung website. Price was prematched to all other pricing I could find. I think it is great and for the money I saved vs buying the flipbook version. Piece of cake to setup and transfer details from my old laptop. Windows 11 was not a difficult transition for me. Best parts. Lots of different port types so I did not have to buy additional equipment. My additional storage and DVD burners synched with no issues, easy hookup to a extended touch display. Amazing graphics support for not having a high end graphics card. Has, so far, handled large, complex data modeling, with multiple source data pickup with no issues. Is supposed to work with a pen, but I have not tried it yet since I can only fold it flat, may not find that useful, but I did not buy this for purposes specific to use as a tablet. Universal Samsung charger, syncs easily with Samsung phone, TV, tablets. For the price, very happy so far.

This is a great windows laptop sleeker than any Mac laptop/ The batter charge is not that efficient... its fast and sleek.

This laptop had everything I wanted / needed for a work laptop: 15.6" LED Touch Screen, i7 processor, 16GB Memory- 512GB SSD. I loved the keyboard with the black keys with white symbols. The keys are textured and have a good rise and feel to them. I loved the ports, it has 2 Type-A, HDMI, SD, type-C. The mouse pad was quiet. But, the one thing that I couldn't stand was the screen display. It caused me to return this computer. The colors are completely off. It is heavily blue toned and it has a low range of colors. Black text on a white screen looks grey. Colors look washed out and pastel. The screen has some sort of coating over it like frosted glass. Most computer screens are reflective and you can see yourself in them when the screen is off. Not this screen, it has no reflection. It is like looking at a screen that needs the initial plastic screen cover pulled off. I tried using this for 2 days and it just gave me a headache. I found myself squinting constantly because the colors were so bad. The brightness is very limited and there is no way to adjust to colors. The camera was also terrible. For an over $900 computer, I can't understand why Samsung would go with this screen. Compared to both my Dell 7500 and HP envy 360 (which are $200-$300 less) the Samsung screen looked pastel and fuzzy. Too bad, because this computer was just what I was looking for if only it had a better screen.

Great screen light weight very fast would definitely recommend this laptop.

This is a decent laptop, but it's not as great as I thought it would be for the price. It's good if you have a Samsung phone to sync with, but the functionality is not like a standard laptop or computer. It's basically a Samsung tablet shaped like a laptop. I wished I had shopped around more before making this purchase.

Glad I decided to purchase. After fooling with a Dell for far too long. Samsung provided everything I needed and more.

Easy to setup, boots up quickly. Have a few things to learn yet but really like being able to sinc it with my phone.

Fast processor but my charging cord stopped charging after 18 months

Thiz is what we needed for all we use it for. It came with the right software for what we need.

The display was definitely what made it feel cheap it wasnt the worst screen but it definitely was not samsung level of display quality. Processor has no problem with the tasks needed as well as the extra headroom from IT backgrouns applications. I snagged it open box good deal

Im still getting used to Windows 11 but Im pleased with the computer itself. My old laptopis 12 years old.

Decent size hard drive. USB-C power. Light. Nice screen. Boots up quickly. So far, so good.

Bought my samsung galaxy LP. Best store to buy EVERything.
