Customers regard the Galaxy Book Flex 2-in-1 laptop positively for its stunning touchscreen display, fast performance, long battery life, and lightweight design. They appreciate the elegant design and the variety of colors available. By far the best laptop I've ever owned. I've seen complaints about it only been 12gigs of memory however that's plenty for me. It's still lighting fast, never lags and turning it on even from being completely shut down it's at the log in screen in seconds. The specs say it's a 19 hour battery life but just web surfing I've only seen about 5 hours which to me is still plenty. I love that I can charge my phone and buds+ using wireless power share also the Aurora blue buds+ match the computer for anyone like me that likes things to look like they belong together also the laptop is super light weight. My iPad pro 12.9 in heavier than this laptop. there are 2 things that annoy me just a little bit but not a deal breaker.... number 1 is just picking it up and opening it you'll have about 75,000 finger prints all over the thing they are easily removed but still. I'm hoping that at some point I'll be able to find some kind of screen protector for this thing. All in all I still love it and would recommend it to anyone Also just a heads-up, I had some driver issues initially and I called Samsung support and when I say no help I mean NONE!! They suggested I return it and get a new one or register it and send it back to them to get driver issues fixed.... luckily for me a quick reboot fixed everything.

I did a lot of research before purchasing this computer and tried out several before settling on this one. I can't say enough about my initial impressions. From the screen resolution, to speakers, to keyboard feel, to features (integrated pen, charging mouse pad..), to weight/design, this computer is so much more than I expected. I use it for business purposes, web surfing and videos. The cpu is sleek, comfortable, large display and battery life is not bad for something this size and with its features. Purchased at the $1200 mark, and this actually feels like it was worth the money. Side: I tried the hp Elite 360 15.6 inch, and really liked it, but this in comparison is a huge upgrade.

This is a overall solid ultrabook by far in terms of price vs performance while checklisting quality in all aspects. Don't listen to the bad reviews. This is honestly the best ultrabook you can get AT this price. The material is brushed aluminum with a matte finsish and it's really sturdy and has a premium feel to it. The ONLY downside is that it's a fingerprint magnet. The ram is only 12gb ram which is a downfall compare to most 16gb but most high-end ultrabooks (MacBooks, XPS, HP Spectre, Microsoft surface books) are priced at around $1600-$2500 with the same specs at this galaxybook for so I don't know why others are critizing this product from lack of ram at this price point. Speed and processing power is by far top notch with the Intel 10th gen processors and the display is out of this world. The S pen is buttery smooth on the display with no lag or choppyness. You can add extra storage on top of the original 512gb so no complaints there. I only give it 4 stars because I can't give it a 4 1/2. Reason I say that is becsuse of the constant wipe downs from finger prints and lack of color options. However, no regrets around here.

Coming from a gadget lover, who has had many computers etc. So far i am loving it. The screen second to none. No sure why they selected 12GB for it, but i haven't had any issues with it. Battery is top notch, lasts all day for me. Although its a 15 inch computer, it feels lighter than some smaller one. It looks great. I am enjoying it.

Beautiful royal blue color. The QLED display looks stunning. Speakers are loud and nice with the Samsung settings, you can change the sounds to your liking with modes such as music, movies, and etc. Brightness is great, keyboard took some adjusting but I grew to like it. I love the glass trackpad. S pen works great too. The screen is not as wobbly as everyone is saying it. I guess once you break into it maybe but the overall build is premium and it looks amazing. Fingerprint reader is fast and accurate. The bottom bezel is not that big and bothersome or anything. The laptop doesn't get hot either. Fan is pretty quite with most times I don't really hear it. It is quite light for a 15.6 inch. It definitely feels much smaller than other 15 inch laptop. I had comapred it to a 15.6 inch hp envy and it is smaller in size.

Great laptop! I especially like the fact I can plug the power adapter on either side of the laptop to charge it. 3 USB c ports to charge it from...The display is amazing with the LED . Great battery life and the blue looks nice. Only con is that you need to wipe it down everyday for handprints...I bought one in August for my wife and went back to buy a second one in January!

I've had this computer for a little over a month now, so I feel comfortable giving a review. I bought this laptop primarily for school. I'm a full time online student taking 6 classes and I needed something that would hold up to that amount of work. The battery life on this is EXCEPTIONAL! I can work on it all day, charge it for an hour and then work all night as well. The screen is absolutely beautiful. Despite other reviews, I've had no issues with a loud fan. That being said, don't even bother trying to wipe away the fingerprints from the outside of this thing because you will never be able to keep up. It is a fingerprint magnet. Overall, I do not regret spending the money to get a laptop that will hopefully last me quite a while.

I love this computer. I've had it for about two weeks now and I personally think it's great. The track pad is smooth and responsive, the keyboard is pleasant to type on, and the touchscreen is also responsive and quick. I haven't used the S-pen too much yet other than just messing around, but if you have a Note, it's the exact same thing. The screen looks amazing, a bit glossy and can catch a glare, but amazing none the less. I find myself wanting to be more productive, may just be the honeymoon phase, but I've been looking for projects to work on just to get more time in on this thing. I will say that the speed of the machine leaves something to be desired. Now I'm on a military rotation overseas and have limited wifi capabilities which my be a large part of this lag. But it's only with certain programs, at certain times, which is why I believe it's an internet connectivity issue. But turning it on, logging in with fingerprints, screen refreshing, everything like that is fast as can be. The wireless charging feature, wasn't really too excited about, thought it was kind of gimmicky but it's turned out to be handy here and there. A little tricky with my case, with is one of those beetle UB cases, but it's faster than plugging in and when I don't have my pad available then it's perfect. It's not the fastest charger but it's something. Portability is great, I'd carry it everywhere if I wasn't so worried about breaking it, not to say it's fragile but it's not inexpensive either. But it's thin and light, and I'm moving it all around, carrying it in tablet mode and it isn't an issue for me. It is my first 2 in 1 so having the keys and the mouse buttons on the other side is weird, still getting used to it but it's not cumbersome like a lot of people have been saying. I mean it's not as light and portable as a tablet, but if you're expecting it to be then you're not looking in the right place. Im not a huge gamer, so I can't speak on that. I think another thing people have been complaining about is the shortened shift key on the right side. Literally took me like a day to get used to it. Same with the numpad, a little different setup but I'm used to it now and it wasn't an emotional event for me. I am still trying to find the fingerprint reader without looking in tablet mode, but I rarely have to re-login while in tablet setup. I usually have it closed when I'm not there, login in regular laptop mode and then rotate it around. All in all, great computer for all around jack of all trades bit. I think I would've given it 5 stars if the software wasn't so wonky during limited(slow) connectivity, the price was a little better, and if I had the option of another color/coating. Don't get me wrong, the color is beautiful for what it is, I'm just not the biggest fan of blue. The finger print magnet comments are 100% accurate though, they're everywhere all the time. If I could have put 4.5/4.75 out of 5, I would have. Still love it and would buy it again.

So far is a great product. Fast and stylish. Could use a usb port but then wait it come with and attachment. But there is three usb c ports any way. Is also very light weight. Thumb print reader and a stylus pen that has many many feature's. Straight out of the box till now is a great device and I hope to have for a long time. Thank You Best Buy! Paul

I have always been a fan of Samsung, I own TV's appliances and phones. I was pleased to see they finally came out with a flex laptop with a touch screen that actually had good technical reviews. Only had a few days but it's NICE. You may need to tone down the screen brightness but it's crystal clear. If I had one negative comment in my one week of use, it's the fact the royal blue shows fingerprints.... I should have known, all my Samsung appliances do the same thing

I waited for an entire year for this laptop to come out and it was totally worth the wait. Love it! It's sleek, light, and beautiful. The color display is amazing, especially when playing video games. The selling point for me was the tablet mode as my previous laptops had hinges that eventually disintegrated but I have no such worries with this one. Flipping to tablet mode is swift and easy if not a little awkward to hold due to the size of the laptop.

Just purchased a new Samsung Flex Book 15.6. I bought it on sale to replace a Chromebook that has terrible Bluetooth, microphone and networking performance and is terribly slow. Now that we spend every day - all day - on the internet, I needed a better performing device. Wow. What a difference. This laptop is just a pleasure. Speed is amazing. Screen is crisp. (I hate the touchpad and added a mouse.) Not sure yet if I like the camera. Time will tell on that. Sound is not loud enough, but that's what Bluetooth speakers are for. Keyboard is expansive and supports a number set. Very helpful. The laptop does not come with any applications. You have to go to Open Office or LibreOffice or purchase Office 365 on an annual basis. Can't blame Samsung for that. Overall, happy with the laptop.

I just bought this almost 2 months ago, I got it for school. I really like it, it's easy to use and has really nice quality. I'm still learning it but I feel like the spen doesn't always work the way I want it to so I might have to take it in to get looked at. Although the blue color is nice I do wish it came in other colors. But so far so good, I love how I can draw on screen with the pen and how I can flip it into tablet mode. It's pretty light too so carrying it around shouldn't be a big deal.

I bought this for work, projecting with the pen and touchscreen and just having a much faster, capable machine. The screen is really nice, and I find myself using it in tablet and tent mode more than I expected. It's also big enough that my toddler can draw on it and really have fun with the colors and the space. I only ding it because 12 gigs of RAM is a weird amount, the fingerprint sensor does mess with touch typing, and the webcam is worse than an old macbook air. Overall, I'd still purchase this system again because it's a tremendous amount of performance and a great screen on a 15 inch machine that is very easy to move around with and transport.

Fantastic screen despite the relatively low resolution. Great keyboard, though Samsung could have made it splash-proof (as Lenovo has on its X1 Yoga 4th gen). Excellent sound quality, though not very loud. PROBLEMS: 1. the KEYBOARD LIGHT MALFUNCTIONS, it stays on for only 5 seconds, then goes off until either it decides on its own to come back on for a bit (seconds), or you find the F9 Fn key in the dark and force it back on - but it NEVER STAYS ON!!! GeekSquad found no solution...it might just cause me to return this computer, alas. 2. sound does not work under Linux (Mint 20) 3. permanently dirty due to the delicate exterior finish

I've been using my Galaxy Book Flex 15" for almost a week and I'm blown away! The hinges are strong with no wobble. I love that there is a large chin on the screen, giving me a handle for tablet mode. Installing updates and set up was easy and it's running like a dream. Geek Squad was a great help when I got a bit confused installing Office Home and Student. The 12GB RAM hasn't hindered it in any way, it's so fast! The battery life is inanely good. It doesn't get hot at all and the fan is really quiet. I'm an artist and do a lot of multitasking; streaming video while drawing or editing photos is perfect with the large beautiful screen. And the build! The first day I got the computer, my 25lb Shiba jumped directly onto the keyboard while in my lap (and I mean, he landed on it) and it's fine, like nothing happened to it at all! It's beautiful, light, and so useful! I'm so happy with this purchase!
