Got it during Black Friday discount...like touch screen and switch on/off for tablet/PC mode plus the lighter weight compare to other brands. Configuration performance is quite good more than needed for personal home use. Very nice color QLED screen. Had Samsung laptop 4 years ago & still working good. Glad to get this new replacement.

The light weight is definitely a plus especially for people who are usually on the go. The touch screen is awesome for those of use who don’t like the mouse pad. I bought this for school and o fr I have not had any problems with it

I did a lot of shopping around to replace my Asus Zenbook UX31A I use for home/travel.
I love Asus, but the compatible item was much more expensive. I also thought I would miss the weight, I don't. This was ideal laptop. Sharp Look. The 10th gen i5 is fast enough for my internet surfing & word/excel use. The 13.3" screen is perfect for the Lap. The screens brightness is versatile. I had tried the 15.6" Flex, nice but too big and I did not require wireless charging. I am not into "C" ports yet, The Alpha has 2 standard USB ports + a "C". I thought I would hate the keyboard, but I love; It is shallow, but has a good punch, the 1/2 shift key is not a problem. The backlit keyboard letters are black or backlit-white depending on light level. I tried an "S" pen, did not work. Amazon had a PAC DOT pen which worked, but I personally like the standard 50 cent stylus rubber pen. CONS: I have yet to get 18 hours out of battery life, but at the same time have yet to run battery dead, though I think there may be unexplored settings to help extend battery life. The on/off button is in a bad spot & occasionally hit when opening to tent/tablet mode. As others have mentioned, the charge cord end is not "C", but a tiny plug. Overall a great little Laptop!

I have had this laptop for a month and it has satisfied all my needs for the transition to virtual classes. The screen brightness and quality is great, and it can run simple games with ease. Webcam and audio quality are satisfactory for zoom calls. The battery lasts all day without a charge. Would definitely recommend this laptop.

My wife was tired of her heavy and loud laptop, she picked out this laptop and loves it. Light and fast and it folds flat so you can use it as a tablet.
I would recommend it.

I'm looking for 2 in 1 laptop, affordable, not big, and using windows. It's hard!!
But I found this! This one is perfect for me, I like the way it feels when I type and do some drawing!!
I have Samsung phone , and I'm thrilled about it. Now I have Samsung laptop!
It's been 12 days, and so far I'm happy with my purchase.
Note: This one doesn't come with the s pen!

I've had this for about a month now and so far I love it. I upgraded from the original Microsoft surface and I am not disappointed. I'm a full time student and do a lot of work from home as well and this has been perfect, it's fast and easy to carry around, and the battery life is amazing.

Lightweight but solid build quality. The screen colors/vibrancy is excellent for my use cases (general web browsing and media consumption mostly) and the touchscreen/convertibility are pretty useful. Overall pretty fast, though some extra RAM would have been nice at this price point. The keyboard and touchpad are good; not as great as some Lenovos and Macs I've used in the past, but good enough to not be a hindrance to any tasks. Overall a great computer for personal use, watching videos, and some light gaming/photo editing/coding work.

I love that I can use it as a touchscreen, tablet and as a laptop. Clarity is good and lightweight. I didn't want anything heavy. I haven't had a laptop in awhile and this one exceeded my expectations. Still learning things about it. And it can fully fold in half. I love the back light on the keyboard as well.

Pros: Display is great (the only consideration you would by this), the construct of the laptop is solid, Keyboard is good.
Cons: The Stereo speakers are sooo weak in this model as it has no AKG tuning and makes the whole experience a bummer, the keyboard are hard to see as they used silver with white LED light so it is hard to see it, The touchpad is so so as it is not made of glass.
Overall:
It was a pass for me as I decided t return it. Since I really enjoyed the Superb Display, I am saving my money and will buy either the SAMSUNG GALAXY BOOK ION 13.3 OR 15.6 as these models have AKG tuned speakers and will be the same solid build. I will only loose the 2 and 1 functions with these but I'm also considering the Galaxy Book Alpha 15.6.
Do not buy... if the speakers is a big factor for you.
Buy ...if you're ok using Headphones

Lightweight, perfect for school work and play some light games. This is not a gaming laptop so any heavy-duty games would crash it. Something like the Sims or another similar game would be good, The touch screen is useful but make sure your hands are clean.

This laptop is absolutely amazing so fast and the picture quality is top notch!!! I use this for my business with my cricut machine and it makes it so much easier. The 360 flip on this is the best. So easy to use and a great price i definitely recommend this 10 out of 10

Excellent performance in this tiny package. Battery life is not the best. Nice bright screen. Very hard to open because there is hardly any slit for your finger to get in there to open. Very light computer but almost too light. Slides around smooth surfaces even though it has rubber feet on the bottom. Hinge is very sturdy but the screen wobbles when using the touch screen. Really not a bad computer just some minor flaws. Not the laptop for me.

Lightweight and compact design! Has the speed an memory 3x the school laptop requirements- has flip/touch screen with sturdy hinges that look like they will hold up well (unlike two HPs we purchased 2 years with garbage hinges that broke in the first month; rendering the laptop “unclosable”)
Great price-

Great looking display and the outdoor mode is BRIGHT! Runs fairly cool, gets about 8 hours of battery for my usage (web browser, videos, and emails). Not much complaint besides the occasional whoosh from the fan. Build quality is acceptable for the price range. Great everyday laptop.

I am in love with my Galaxy book. I've always been a die-hard Apple guy since I was in college, but slowly moved into PC as time went on. I find PCs to be more geared towards productivity. I get a lot of work done on my galaxy book. I run the Adobe Creative Suite on here and have worked on many projects-big and small. It even runs premier pro pretty well, until you start working with motion graphics then it starts to lag. I totally get it though, It's only an i5 without a dedicated graphics card. I kind of wish I got the higher model, but this has been great so far. The screen quality is phenomenal! I must warn you though, the color accuracy to print and other media is very different because of the higher quality QLED screen (Which is why I went with an external monitor).
Overall, great device. If you wanna do video editing I would definitely recommend the i7 model.
