My husband had purchased this laptop for me as a gift because my old Dell laptop was super old. I've had this laptop for some time now and i use it daily for work. I dont know much about laptops, but I can tell you its the best laptop ive used so far in my life. it's super super super fast, i can do multiple things at a time with it and to top it off, it folds into a tablet. best investment and worth every penny.

Buyer beware the USB 3.0 does not have enough power output to charge an iPad or at least 6th gen. A Pro that's smaller maybe. Not that big a deal since the USB-C does just know that you will now have to buy a cord to charge your laptop. The USB 3.0 will charge phones, bluetooth devices and you can use it to back up and transfer to and from your ipad just not charge it. The amperage and wattage output is not high enough from the USB 3.0. Major oops in the engineering design if you ask me. Other than that I like it. It's fast the setup was easy. The keyboard lay out does take a little getting use to as the keys don't stick up as much as they did on my HP X360 and the finger reader cuts the shift key in half. The Del key and arrows are smaller than I am used to as well. The screen is great the sound is good for a laptop gets loud enough but at max volume you can hear start to get scratchy but if you're at max volume either get your ears checked or you're in a loud enough environment that you should have headphones anyway. Any update including the samsung drivers have fouled it up though and that has become frustrating. Samsung support is hit or miss. I had trouble getting my mic and camera going and one tech told me I did not have a mic. Battery last more than enough. Good sturdy frame. There is no battery light indication or light that tells you it's even plugged in. Which is not a problem cause when it's on you can see the batter symbol on the task bar but if it's closed and not on there is no external light letting you know it's plugged in and charging or that it has finished charging which all the other laptops do and would be nice cause the battery takes forever to charge. Like 4 hours when it's at 40%.

Love my laptop! It's the perfect size to carry and still not too big or small. It's super light! It's perfect. My only issue so far is that sometimes when I'm finished I just shut the laptop but when I open it back up the keyboard and all the lights will turn on but not the screen so I have to reset the laptop which isn't a big deal but it's inconvenient could also be my fault, other than that great laptop !!!

it was a smooth laptop to use, some of the bottoms fell off and it glitches sometimes.

I love my new Samsung Galaxy Book Flex Alpha 2- in- 1 - 13.3" QLED Touch Screen laptop. It is so light and very portable, so I can take it on the airplane when traveling. It is light, but very powerful, and as a college professor, I can do all my grading, reviewing student work and posting to my online class. The screen is clear and big enough, so I do not have to squint. It was a great Christmas gift!

I bought this for my brother and so far so good. He loves it. The 2 in 1 is a great addition to any PC. This PC is also fast and has good storage. It has a nice sleek look, and feels very durable. I would hope so for the price! but regardless, you get what you pay for so we are happy.

First laptop I’ve ever purchased for myself and am so happy with it! Going to back to school so I needed something dependable and easy for me for figure out. Walked into BB with an idea of what I wanted and the employee was so helpful and patient with all my “non-tech” related questions. He showed me the flex and I was sold! No issues, lightweight and thin, and also has some really cool features. Definitely recommend

Great little laptop for moderate use, the 12GB ram is great and so is the processing power, as well as super light weight. The only reason I'm giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is how quickly and how easily it gets much too hot and needs to be shut down or put up in fear it'll get too hot that it'll ruin the hardware inside.

This Chromebook’s performance is better than most laptops and it’s super fast!

Got this one to be my super-portable fully capable laptop. It works great. Super-light with a long battery life. Screen is really sharp. The operating systems is MS Home and I have missed any of the MS Pro functions. I put a full MS Office Pro on it so it can take care of all my work functions on the go. Zoom, Word, PPT, Excel. Still should get Acrobat substitute and a better photo editor.

Loved the weight and screen. Wished it did better in a multi-person international zoom call. Had it side-by-side with the Dell G7, and everyone on the call said the G7 was transmitting a better picture with less lag. Lag with the Samsug Flex was up to 2-3 seconds after voice, while it was nearly instant (no lag) with the G7, both using the same wireless network. Also had issue with wireless cutting out randomly, but after deleting the connection and reconnecting to my network, that seemed to die down... Advice to Samsung: get a better WiFi and Webcam in this and it would be AMAZING!

I like this computer. It is light, responsive, has a reasonable sized hard drive, 512, and can become a tablet, although somewhat heavy. The key board is very responsive and I like the touch screen. Best Buy, however did not honor it's price match policy. The day that I bought it, Samsung lowered it's price by almost $300 , and soon after Best Buy did by $200. The geek squad support was excellent.

So I've had this laptop for almost a year now. Overall it is a solid laptop. I like the size, and the touchscreen is really convenient. Never had any issues with speed. Here are the glitches that drive me nuts... Disconnects from the internet every single time it goes into hibernate. No matter how many times I click stay connected it Disconnects. Second, sometimes it won't wake up from hibernation. It will go into hibernation and refuse to wake up so I have to reset by holding the power button down. Not super functional and have lost work at times. Third, speakers are ok. Not incredibly loud. I'm a real estate agent and in my CE classes sometimes I don't feel like its loud enough. Fourth, the backlit keyboard goes crazy at times. It will just start flickering for no reason and I have to reset it to get it to stop. Other than those annoyances it is a decent laptop. I do feel like the price point was a little high for all the weird glitches.

Love my computer! It's fast and lightweight. It does everything I need it to.

Hi-Spec for the price, very compact, great display and exceptional battery life.

Bought for my kid in the high school. We like it’s sleek looking and light weight. It’s very thin, easy to carry around. Touch screen and 2-in-1 design is modern and convenient. The first one we got had a malfunctioning screenprint button, had to return and exchange for a new one. The new one works fine so far.

It’s so classic and fancy. I love how fast and compact this laptop is.
