Great laptop, very fast, switching from tablet to laptop mode very easy. Odd configuration changes without my doing anything on the home screen, and for some reason, the connectivity always takes away internet after it has been asleep even though it is still connected to my wifi.

I went to BB looking at the Microsoft laptops, but ended up getting this Samsung Alpha instead after comparing specs and pricing. I've liked the other Samsung products I've purchased over the years (hence my nickname Sammy that I've used for years on my BB reviews), so I figured this laptop would be no different. I was right! So far, it has been reliable and has been performing great for Zoom, Office 365 and internet. It is light and has a sturdy build. The fingerprint reader works great. I don't mind the location or the shift key configuration necessary to accommodate the reader. Mind you, I have huge hands (not as huge as DT's, but up there). Also, whereas other laptops are now being made without an hdmi port, this one does. It also has a slot for reading micro sd cards, which is also missing in other laptops now. Overall, I'm still happy with this laptop. Check it out if you're in the market for laptops in this smaller size.

This is an awesome laptop. Mostly because the display is incredibly clear, vibrant, and can be viewed from any angle. Very fast to. Feels very sleek and solid. Battery life seems pretty good to but I haven't formally measured it. I like that there's an HDMI port but so far I've been able to cast to everything with no problem.

This product delivers exactly what I was looking for. It I'd a top quality product. Even though I did not get the model with the pen or the charging pad, this is absolutely worth the money spent on it. You will enjoy the power, battery life and screen quality if this product.

This purchase was made for replacing a 9 year old Lenovo Yoga2. The Book Flex A is very light. I love the aluminum frame. The touchpad operation is a bit new to me but I am getting used to it. The Bamboo active pen works with it. The I7 is very fast compared to my last I3. It's a welcome replacement and hope it lasts just as long.

The monitor is bright and the computer is quick and light, but I don't like how the fans constantly run and the item heats so quickly. It makes it tough to really use on the lap and had to get some sort of pad to put between it and my legs. When used on a desk for updating it got really annoying with always hearing these fans. For those reasons I returned and went with another product. Its too bad because the device is night and really comparable to Ultrabook's like a Macbook with its sizing. I just couldn't stop hearing the fans or dealing with the heat.

The laptop is pretty easy to use. I wish that the lap top could be charged without carrying a fairly large charger with it. It is fast and light. The screen is actually as large as the lap top we bought 7 years ago which had a larger screen. The price was very fair. I'm all, I believe it will serve my purposes quite well.

Its super fast and really compact so its good for me

This is a nice laptop that is light, quiet, and has all the features I wanted, yet it is not as great as I expected. It has been working fine, except that the BIOS won't allow a boot from a USB drive. This is disappointing for a new state of the art laptop. Talked with Samsung support multiple times, they have been helpful, but still no success. Although I knew before I bought it, that it's 12 GB memory is soldered and cannot be expanded, it is still a disappointment. When 12 GB is no longer sufficient, I'll need to replace the entire laptop. The thought is that 12 GB will be good enough for long enough before another general upgrade for all features is necessary. This is why I could only give it a 4 rating. Otherwise, if it was bootable from a USB drive, and the memory was upgradeable beyond 12 GB, I'd have given it a 5 rating.

Got this as a gift for someome ( i bought the blue one ) , and the quality of this lap top is amazing!!. Great for everyday use, and even gaming! I love how fast it charges and it can go on many days with no charging. You cant go wrong with this purchase

Everything works well- I was able to connect to the internet right away and set my computer up without assistance, which is pretty amazing for a non-tech person like me. This laptop is small and light and I like the touchscreen feature and the fact that it can be used as a tablet. Very happy with this purchase!

I love this laptop!! It's perfect for what I needed for online college classes, much faster than my old computer. The touch screen is very responsive, and I love the tablet mode where you can fold the screen backward. The price seems like a bit much at first, but once you get the laptop home it will be well worth it!

Really enjoying it so far, did have a minor issue with backlit keyboard(it flickered on and off for <1hr, but that hasnt happened again. The battery life is amazing to me, on constant use i get 2 full days on a charge. Really great quality and feel, tough unlock is awesome and its just over all a great product!

For some reason the speakers are crackling, and theyre not loud enough, theres also this white light underthe camera when you turn it on im nit sure its supposed to be there definitely going to have it looked at! Other than that its pretty cool computer. Im a BIG Samsung fan so im very happy with this one

This is a solid performer with great battery life! The screen is gorgeous and easily seen outdoors. I bought a pen to use with this and it's helped tremendously with my basic graphic design and sketch needs, too! I love using the table mode for reading long form articles and checking the weather and news, too.

This computer is good looking, fast, and has very good battery life in the way that I use it. It has 2 traditional USB ports on one side of the computer which is very handy for use of a USB powered accessory like a disc drive. I've had the computer just short of a month now, and so far it has been excellent!

Love this laptop. I still need to check the SD card options - Yesterday, tried to place my SD card from my Canon camera in the slot I could find and it wouldn't fit. Need to check the manual again to see if there is a slot I'm missing on either side of the laptop. Love the design, keyboard, weight of laptop, screen.

Having had a Samsung before, I wanted to replace it as it synced with my phone and tablet. I am very happy with this purchase. The keyboard is just slightly different but I'm getting used to it. My old one was fine but the screen wouldn't stay upright. There was a great price on this one, so why not?
