It's a great laptop for the money. I wish it supported usb-c charging but at this price point you have some short comings and I know that when purchasing. I love the fingerprint reader/login. Bought it for my daughter going to college. It's small and portable but still has enough power to get tasks completed.

Perfect. This laptop is so compact and thin. It works great. Slim and love the available add ons that could be purchased for this product. Love the integrated Bluetooth, makes it easy to transfer files/items from the phone to here and from the laptop to the phone. Was missing out on it.

Great computer, amazing battery life, one of my only issues would be that every time i turn this computer on i have to unlock the ability of turn the brightness and volume on by pressing the fn key ,every time, don't know if this is the new normal. im probably just dumb with computers.

This machine is performing at and above my expectations. The battery life is very good and the amount of time to start up or shut down is so fast that I don't have to keep it up and running like my previous laptop experiences. This has a fairly large amount of very fast storage.

Pros: -Beautiful, bright, and vibrant touch display -A powerful but power efficient CPU -Thin, light, and has an attractive appearance -A nice and tactile keyboard -A USB type C port, two USB A ports, and a full size HDMI on a compact chassis -A fast and accurate fingerprint sensor -Decent battery life -The 12gb of RAM is enough for most light to medium productivity users. Cons: -No USB type C charging -Trackpad is on the smaller side -The screen has a 16:9 aspect ratio instead of 16:10 Overall I am very happy with this laptop. I use it for light productivity work when on the go and it has served me very well. I have also used it to play the occasional game of League of Legends and was surprised with the smooth gameplay I got out of it. 8.75/10

This is a great lightweight laptop for travel. After 10 months of use it still works fine even if it seems a little slower than at first and one key doesn't respond as well (down arrow/page down). I use office applications, local mail and internet so it's all good.

Love the power. This laptop definitely exceeds my original expectations. The 2 in 1 capability allows me to watch videos or movies like on a small TV. The 12GB of RAM makes it almost as fast as my similarly configured home desktop. This was a highly recommended laptop by CR, and I have to agree.

This is by far the best and fastest laptop I’ve ever owned. The screen is very brilliant and clear. I love that I can flip the keyboard over and it becomes a huge tablet, the touchscreen is very responsive. Battery life is amazing , overall I would rate this laptop a 10 out of 10.

Others have left detailed reviews of its features and specs so I will make this brief. This is a very solid 2 in 1 laptop. It's processor and 12 gigs of ram make it a laptop that you will be able to use for years to come. It has lightning-quick load times and can manage multiple applications at once. It also works better as 2 in 1 than the Lenovo Yoga series with a lightweight and sturdier hinge. For the one go ahead and use the bamboo pen that is the only one that will work well with this laptop. Basically, if you want a top tier laptop under $1,000 this is it. The only other laptops comparable to this will be at least $200 more. Buy it while you can.

Been using for over a month, teaching zoom classes. Set up remarkably easy. Fast actions, great graphics. Speedy videos. Really appreciate this machine! Thin, light weight, easy ports.

So far this laptop performs well and the screen is beautiful! I chose this this model because it had the best mix of features for the money. I am not disappointed. Battery life is 6-8 hours depending on application, I have not done a lot of streaming or any video chat.

Great laptop, substantial memory and SSD disk. Color is amazing, easy to use and battery life is substantial. Replaced a Samsung I bought 8 years ago (no real problems but due for an upgrade). This was a great upgrade and haven't had a single issue with transferring info. Would highly recommend.

At this price, Samsung is making a statement. These won't stay in stock being an i7 with the current price. Laptop is small and light. Great feel, very fast to sign on. The fingerprint signon is a bonus. Only con is the plug has a very small connector and I do not know if it will hold up.

Compared to some of the competition this computer stands out. It’s fast, light, and has excellent battery life. In the mid range power setting it is expected around 9 hours. The only gripe I have about it is the speakers could be a little louder but other than that I would highly recommend!

I have owned the Samsung Galaxy Book Flex Alpha for less than 4 weeks.. I bought it because my computer went down.. and it wound up dying. The Flex is fairly straightforward when loading/starting up, but knowing where all the puzzle pieces are to get your files uploaded; installing various apps/programs and getting it personalized for you Is a bit challenging. The pamphlet that came with the machine doesn't provide a lot of depth. It took me more than 4 days to get it together. I had to call Samsung a couple of times to make sure I could deactivate the computer talking function. The information is found on the computer but if you don't know where to find it, it's a tough situation. I did ask someone at Best Buy how to get it loaded and I was told that the machine would tell me what to do. It did for about 70% but not all of it (hence me calling Samsung). It would help to have a complete manual to tell you how to use various elements that you might not have known how to use.

Slim, sleek, fast and reliable long lasting battery life I had only bad experience with my first Samsung flex alpha it shut down suddenly with no reason but again I got in love with this device and re-purchased it again I'm happy with it, hopefully it will not wreck again

This is a great computer! Very lightweight and cute! Some reviews said that the fans come on too easy, if you have the computer in power save mode the fans do not come on as much. Or at least not as loud. Overall, this computer does everything as a college student like myself would need.

First and foremost, I recommend this laptop for anyone whose purpose for it is music/ media streaming. Youtube, Netflix, Hulu, or whatever... They would all seem great on the screen. If you need it for zoom lectures, I think it'll work great for that, I didn't really check the webcam because that was not my interest. Also just in general for school work, etc.. I bought this laptop both for my online classes and for my personal use. I edit photos in RAW format and edit several GB worth of video and photos. The 16 GB of RAM would be great for multi tasking and running several monitors. The 500GB of storage would have been more than enough for my usage. The screen is amazing. Finger print scanner is super fast. I have to say that this laptop is great for its price. However, there were too many small issues (for me) that accumulated, which is why I decided to return it the next day. Cons: -No LED lighting anywhere on laptop to indicate charging status. If it's closed, I can't tell when it's done charging! -Computer automatically turns on FN key lock after restart. This means that you have to ALWAYS turn it off or press two keys to turn brightness up or down, adjust volume, or use the FN keys in general -The indentation to open the laptop is quite small, and I have small hands. I found that I had to stick my nail in there to get the laptop open. I can see the screen becoming scratched over time because of this. -The rubber pads on the bottom of the laptop are not strong enough to prevent movement. This means that I can't open it with one hand while it sits on my desk because it slides away. -The speakers are not very loud. I noticed that the speaker grill is underneath the laptop and kind of created a muffled sound when playing music. You could always buy external speakers to use with bluetooth or aux., but it would be nice to have loud speakers when those options are not accessible. -Although the laptop itself is very sleek, it just feels too small. It feels fragile and not robust. I just did not see myself There may have been other issues that I did not experience, but the few that I did were personally deal breakers for me. I could find a better deal for a couple hundred dollars more shopping with other brands.

Long lasting battery. It walks you through initial setup and settings. Compact and light-perfect for travel. Tablet mode is a quick flip and settings change. Fingerprint log in is also a great feature. Camera could be a bit better for a Samsung product but luckily I don’t need to use it often

I searched for a few weeks before I finally bought this laptop. I like most of the features it has. The processing speed and video card are good. Unfortunately, one of the features that is a major let down is a reason that bought the computer, and that was the backlit keyboard! It does light up, but not when You want it, but when the computer's sensors feel you need it on. There are three level and if you turn the computer a certain way that produces more light, the keyboard lights go off. The other feature is the sound quality, which is very bad. I have to have the volume all the way up in order to hear it, and that is with my headphones!! I kept the computer ONLY bc my other one crapped out on me and I need one to do my college work on.
