This is a very reliable laptop. It is very lightweight yet extremely durable and has an amazing battery life. It is very functional as a laptop or as a tablet. The only thing to know before buying is that you will need to install several Samsung apps and update

This computer is speedy. I love the fact that the hard drive is solid state, which makes it much faster to boot up. Only downside to solid state drives is that they tend to be smaller, but with so much that we do being on the cloud that is becoming less of an issue.

I’ve been using this laptop as my daily driver for work for a couple of days now and I couldn’t be happier. Doing emails, writing/filling out documents, some light photo editing, and casual gaming is great. Installed Steam and started playing some of the games and it is good.

I like how light and compact it is compared to my old laptop. However, I have had it for 8 months now, and sometimes when the screen goes to sleep, it would not come back on when I tap the keyboard. I have to force shut down to get the screen back on.

Laptop has been well worth the price so far, glad I upgraded! I'm particularly pleased with how lightweight it is, as my old one was rather heavy. Also from what I could see, this was the best laptop for the price (when it's on sale) compared to the others.

Very powerful machine, it’s fast. I am yet to use the touch screen feature because I didn’t buy it with that in mind so I tend to forget it has it. The only thing I do not like is when I shut it down it always pop up this screen asking me about recovery key or/ and Bit-locker something. Very annoying I just want to shut down the machine simple as that. I don’t want all this extra process to shut down. When I turn it on later it seems like it never shut down properly because it brings back the same screens but this time it at least it gives you a Skip option. It might be a windows thing, I am not sure but that’s the only one thing that I can’t stand. I am yet to spend some time looking into this shut down process to figure it out but I plan to do so. I just want a simple shut down process. No extra keys, combinations whatever at shutting down. Ask for those at login. Machine wise 5/5, OS (Windows 10) I’ll give it 3/5.

I never write reviews but I had to do so for this tablet. I am a college student and this tablet has been amazing for me with remote learning. I have a Biochemistry major so my classes are math heavy. This tablet makes submitting hw so easy. I did buy the additional surface pen with it. With the pen and tablet I can just write on MS word and send in hw. Taking notes are amazing by using Onenote. I truly wish I had gotten this earlier in my college career. One con I do note is that it is a but slow. It's not the fastest when opening applications. But I think the pros far out weigh the cons. I do use it as a secondary device. I would not recommend it as a primary laptop. It is a great secondary device to add to your arsenal.

I am enjoying my new computer. It is fast and serves my needs for personal use and working from home. This includes email, telehealth services. Staff were very helpful in supporting my getting used to the new computer. I enjoy the flex option when playing games!

Purchased this laptop on September 1, 2020 although I am not a Samsung fan. The specs and size of the unit is what made me purchase it. It worked flawlessly until October 13, 2020 when the power supply suddenly stopped working and the laptop would not power up. Took it back to Best Buy after making a Geek Squad appointment and after nearly an hour they finally admitted it couldn't be fixed. Being an Elite member they grudgingly swapped it out and like the first one the new one is currently working flawlessly. So we will see...

Very portable but powerful laptop. I have used ipad and galaxy tab, but they are always not enough to do tasks, and battery life has been another major issue with tablets. But, this is very portable (only 2.5 ibs) and i7 12g ram is very powerful to do multiple office works, and powerful enough to run photoshop, video editing, and streaming. The best thing for Samsung flex alpha model is lightweight and also very bright display (*QLED). When facing sunlight, many laptops are not visible even though brightest display setup, but this laptop "Outdoor Mode" makes your screen completely visible. Battery life is another cool feature of this. While having zoom meeting for 1h 30min, it's still 50% battery from 100%. And, doing MS office, watching youtube, internet searching all at once for 3 hours, it's about 60% still. Maybe low light setting helps alot, but still impressive hours.

This new addition made it worth my wild since I've purchased it. The very best thing I Love about it is the light up keyboard making it easier to reach your keys , the touch screen duo keyboard availability. OMy Gosh... like its lite weight very sexi .. Must have

This is a terrific buy. Sleek, fast, powerful, it is the perfect all around notebook for our family needs on a budget. The kids love the touch screen and it has upheld all their handling of it for their classes and projects. We love this Samsung!

Not bad, good battery life, nice and slim I had to return one because the micro sd card reader failed and would not eject the card. Best buy returned but no help or compensation for the lost sd card, nothing important on it fortunately.

i love this laptop. you can have the convenience and ease of use of 2 technologies combined (laptop and tablet/phone) through its touch screen feature. It has sleek features and lightweight, thus carrying it somewhere is not a burden at all.

I love it! Samsung did an amazing job on this laptop. Easy to use, comes with windows 10, front camera worked amazing during a birthday zoom call. The new I7 processor is super fast and the back-lit keyboard is excellent. The touch screen feature is nice.

I've been enjoying it a lot. The SSD is much nicer than a hard drive, speeds up boot and loading. Excellent laptop, well worth it for the price from what I've seen so far. No glaring flaws whatsoever.

The Samsung Galaxy notebook is perfect - sleek and easy to use. I received it as a Christmas gift from my family, and love it! The touch screen and the fingerprint access are great features. This Notebook does everything I need it to do!

Bought this laptop for my daughter for finishing senior yr of high school and to use for college. So far she has been very happy with it. Uses it for her online classes as well as video conferences etc. Seems very fast and good quality.

Crystal clear amazing display.. Easy to setup (if you know what you are doing). Packing could have been better but works for most part. Sound quality is not that good but then it is a laptopn not a speaker. Touchscreen is responsove enough.

This computer is fast for everything I need to do for school & surfing the web, watching videos , zoom meetings with teachers!! Excellent buy!!!
