Great laptop. I played some advanced game not thinking it had the power and it played very well. Good graphics and plenty of space with addition of sd card. The battery is good, I get 4 hrs or so

The design of this product is very good and I think weight is not much heavy. I think the price is reasonable. Curb side pick up was helpful for me. Overall I am very satisfied with this.

My son loves QLED touch screen laptop. He is 13 Yrs old and has to be online because of the remote learning that he is in. It’s a lot better than our last laptop. It’s faster, and I love all the new features that Samsung has added.

I have heard nothing but great things about this item since she received it for her Birthday in July and now she is able to do all of her School work and more it's fast enough and retains all of her apps and documents with no problems.

could not read lighted keyboard,the color grey with white back ground light is very hard to see. speakers not loud enough. nice oled screen,

It's pretty awesome however does not have the USB c charging or the wireless charging mouse pad. Pretty disappointing to not see the USB charging then and the s Pen is sold separately. I love Samsung but I felt this product was incomplete.

Super light weight, perfect for school and video calls for work. I didn't think I was going to use the touch screen as much, but it's all I use instead of a mouse. The only thing I wish it had is an ethernet port.

My husband LOVES his apple watch. He was so glad to get the blue band as well. I price checked several watches & best buy had the best deal. I love my new laptop! The more I use the more I learn new tricks & features.

Seems like a great product so far. Was a gift for my wife. Neither one of us likes that the finger print scanner takes away from the right side shift key. It affects typing a lot. Overall a great product so far though.

Good touch screen responses and should note that the s pen does not work with it we are testing a surface pen.

So far so good, the computer seems to be fast enough, has a bit of "bloatware" but once that is uninstalled all OK. Good product, in line with other Samsung products. Would have been better if stylus was included.

This computer has great Vibrant views because of the qhd quality and it can handle big workloads surprisingly. My only issue is the keyboard is not too pleasant to type on.

Great buy! I got it on sale and I don’t regret it. Speakers aren’t the greatest and the display tends to wobble which isn’t the best when you’re using the touch screen. It’s a must buy if you can get it on sale!

Have been using it for almost one week and it is very fast , battery life is around 5 to 6 hours but I am still figuring the laptop

So far, so good! The touch screen seems to respond well and I like the fact it works as a notebook or a laptop. I would highly recommend this product. It does everything I need it to do and more!

ordered may 2020 and very pleased with purchase. unit has so much for the price. purchased during covid-19 so supply of all laptops was limited because of plant closures. this unit became available and the price was very good and it had all the must haves i was looking for, very quick start, fingerprint reader, thin, lightweight, 512gb ssd, i7, touchscreen, c slot/2 usbs/hdmi/sd card reader, 12g memory and qled screen is very nice.

A very portable laptop with enough power to do the task. A laptop that is very elegant in design. The display is very good quality. The laptop has a good specification. Overall a very good laptop.

This a good computer. However, when I first bought it, I had to return it because while setting up the computer, I got the blue screen. When I was setting up the second one (doing the updates again), I got the same blue screen again. I decided to contact Geek Squad and they checked the computer. Everything appeared good. They said that apparently the computer gave an update that the system didn’t want because it was outdated or something. The computer is fine. No more blue screens. I didn’t returned it again.

Great all around compact, effecient, do all laptop. Thin enough to fit in a small backpack. Very fast loading speed. Quality of the display is A++. Vibrant and Vivid colors.
