Affordable for the specs. Great touchscreen. Plenty of memory and video processing speed to multitask on Zoom calls.

Last minute shopping and looking around and saw this laptop, it is very light, it is small. But it has done nice features we liked. We are very happy with it. Will be nice to travel with.

I bought this laptop less than a week ago and overall it is a very nice laptop. I bought it to use for my college work and it is does just what I need. The only issues with it for me is the keyboard. For some reason FN lock doesn't work so I can't turn my volume up or down with the keys same for my brightness. As well as the arrow keys are attached to page up and page down which is annoying when I am trying to type and need to go back to a past word. I had to manually change the code for those keys because that is the only solution available. The battery life seems fine and the display is great.

Bought this for my son for school, he is really happy with it. He's used it for his high and college courses. Loves the fact that is touch screen and the cost of the laptop was great.

So far, so good. Very fast. Big difference from any 5. Others like Touch Pad comfort and ease. Keep it plugged in though...battery drains quickly too. Usimg it for everything right now

I bought this laptop for my daughter and she loves it! It's an amazing touch screen laptop! Excellent design, light weight, screen and easy to use.

Beautiful, fast, responsive touchscreen and light (less than 3lbs). It was love at first sight. But the screen is a little smaller than my Microsoft Surface laptop. That ‘s my only complaint.

It’s a fairly simple computer to use coming from a Mac. I struggle with position of a couple of the keys on the key board. The finger recognition is frustrating it very seldom works for me.

To be honest i didn't what to expect whit this laptop, super fast, the log in with the finger print is fast too. I love it! Also the tablet mode is smooth.

Purchased for a friend, works very well for school work and the ability to write on the screen is very handy. Boots very fast with the SSD so now she can roll out of bed for her 8am at 7:55 :)

Speedy portable definitely worth the money spec wise. Only negative opinion is the build quality. Its held up well so far I just wish it was built a bit better

I am well pleased with the quality of this laptop. The weight and size is perfect for traveling. Using mostly for writing but the touch screen makes research and other things I do much easier.

I love my new Samsung Galaxy Book Flex the only thing I was a little disappointed about is the sound quality is not the best, but everything else is great.

The Galaxy Book Flex Alpha is an outstanding computer. It is extremely fast. I would recommend this laptop for anyone that needs a laptop.

I love my samsung flex. I upgraded from an older samsung notebook and both have been reliable computers throughout my college career. Also, cannot beat that price:)

I'm sure it's the i7 processor but this computer is fast and responsive. Starts up quickly and the display is amazing. Never had a QLED display and it is awesome. I like the 2 in 1 mode flipping the screen all the way back until it become s a laptop . Runs photo editing software and video software pretty flawlessly . I don't know if it's a setting thing but only down side is that if you leave the laptop for a while and it goes to sleep mode when you wake it back up , it closes all your work you were on (word doc, web browser, game etc) as if you just turned it on. Also it doesn't come with a screen pen but i do recommend it maybe $50 extra.

I've had a macbook for the last 5 years. My husband got it for me for college, and I loved it. But after a kid that somehow always found his way to it (plus years of school), it finally went kaput. I decided I wanted a 2-in-1 type computer to maybe get into drawing. I've always had samsung phones, and I love them. I decided I'd go with this computer for a new one. I am very happy with my purchase. It's kind of strange getting readjusted to windows, but I love it. I'm very happy with this computer, and I keep finding new things everytime I use it!

This is a great laptop. It is light weight but yet powerful. This display is great. I would recommend if you are looking for a laptop where size is a concern but yet need processing power.

I bought it for work from home purposes. It has been working great so far. The only drawback I am seeing is the fan makes noises when I am in a skype meeting. Five stars for first-month use.

This is the best laptop I have ever used its so fast once you figure it out and get use to using it its small and compact so it fits in my backpack when I need to take it on the go
