It us smaller than i.am use too, however it's fast and does everything I need it to an more. Touch screen, and tablet modes are something I am just now trying.

Excellent computer worth every dollar. Ease of use is great and battery duration is one of its best qualities with its security being another one of them.

I needed a computer that can run the AVID movie program for my class, and it is advised from the AVID company to have 16 gb ram, But I could not afford a 1000 plus laptop. This computer offers 12 gb ram and AVID works really well on it. For a beginners class and not too many projects at once, this laptop does it, it has everything you need to last you through college I'd say. Especially if you will just be using it for the normal homework assignments or just browsing, for the decent not so much expensive price, it is one of the best laptops could get! It is also nice to look at with its sleek design!

Love the design of this 2-in-1 and how versatile it is. The picture is very clear and the keypad has enough room that it feels natural to type on. It’s the perfect size to flip around and use as a tablet on the plane for reading or watching movies. I’m noticing some delay when I type occasionally, so that’s the only reason for the 4 star since I upgraded the processor and shouldn’t have any issues. It also doesn’t come with the stylus pen at this high price point I would have expected it to like the larger 15” version, but that was too large for what I wanted. This 13.5” is perfect.

Good for what it is, I recommend buying a case for it and get a mouse as its a little hard using the mousepad. ITs fast and boots quickly!

The product was advertised with a video showing an integral pen. After I set up the computer with email and such, I checked for the pen and discovered that there was none. When I called customer service and encountered long wait times, hang-ups, and stony refusals to do anything. I was told that even though the web page video for the model I bought had a video with a pen, the pen was not really included. I One other thing, it is necessary to toggle the Fn Lock button to get the Page Up button to switch to one space and the Volume controls to work. Strange. Conclusion: good computer but lousy service at Best Buy.

Perfect size computer. So far very happy with my purchase. Light weight and thin. Love the touch screen too! And purchased the pen to go with it and it's great!

My daughter uses this for work and she loves it she says that the screen is perfect and it's not too heavy because she has a disability.

I’m a little slow on setting up everything,but so far I really like it.. I really in joy the touch screen and the 2- in-1 it’s like a larger tablet..

The unit stays cool and runs fast and due to the size it is ideal to focus on portability but I wouldn't hesitate to keep it on a desk and give it a bigger workload.

I absolutely love this laptop. I am back in school and this laptop is perfect for online learning. The speaker sound could be better either than that it's great!

I purchase this laptop to replace one of my technicians laptop for in the field. This Samsung laptop is power and fast. it has all the ports you would need as a field tech. Only down side is there is no thunderbolt 3. But there is no reason in our field of work that we need it. The screen is amazing. the craft and feel of the laptop is high quilty and very light. If you are looking for a light compact laptop and dont need thunderbolt 3 then this is the laptop for you.

Getting lots of blue screens and I have only purchased this less than a year ago. More safeguards should be added to the computer as it is a major purchase and I want it to last for a while. Overall the computer performance is good, but loosing work if not saved, is really upsetting. Light weight, can put it in my backpack(regular Jansport backpack, not a computer backpack) I love the size, the weight, and the functionality(except the blue screening.)

Great laptop. Lightweight. Easy to use. Miss the 10-digut number keypad, but a fair trade for a smaller lsptop. Easy to use in the go.

This computer works great with all of my college requirements (zoom, stata, etc). I also use this computer to play The Sims 4 with mods and custom content and it still runs smoothly. Storage has not been an issue yet, but it is still early on in my use. I like the feel of the computer. I'm used to larger screens but this laptop size is great. As someone that usually gets larger (15.6+) laptops, this screen size is perfect. My only real complaint would be how loud and hot the computer gets while playing video games, but that's to be expected.

This 360 laptop is wonderful. It is fast, excelent video screen, and the backlit keyboard is perfect for my late night search or gaming.

This laptop is amazing, enjoying the speed and responsiveness. My son is using for college, his mac laptop died. More compatible with the school programs.

We like it so far. Good price. Light weight. We really like the finger print scanner for logging in. The 1 Star drop is the scanner has given us a few issues.
