Overall really great multipurpose laptop. Runs smoothly and fast but will get hot with certain applications such as gaming.

We bought our daughter this Samsung laptop a few month's when she started college. It has proven to be a great laptop and she loves it. Got it when it was on sale, which was a big plus. I ended up getting the larger model for myself, which is the Flex and it is great. Both have the same specs, with the larger Flex model having a couple of more goodies. And just now bought another Flex Alpha for my wife for her birthday. Guess I like them. BTW, I can't say enough about the great service that I received from Callaway at our local store, on this last purchase.

Great Light weight laptop with good memory and storage. The screen looks great and its perfect for business tasks as well as streaming and watching media.

So, I use my computers until they just about die, and it was time to get a new one as I had the same computer since high school all the way through grad school. I upgraded to this gem, and it’s so light weight, folds like a tablet and the colors are beautiful. Deff excited to keep this computer for a few years! Oh and all of my computers are always Samsung. You can never go wrong ;)

I really love how small and compact it is. it gets super bright for all my outdoor need and the picture quality is beyond awesome. Not upgrading friendly.

I needed an upgraded laptop for graphic design, this laptop did not help, and it was too late to return once we figured out the graphic card was upgradable when customer service mentioned it was multiple times. It gets a 4 star because 2 customer service agents were not well informed on their products and because the return policy expires too quickly to make a good decision based on usage. But I genuinely enjoy the finger scanner to unlock the laptop, and, in general, it works well for all other uses except drawing apps.

This computer has been perfect for my college classes! Has everything I need, plus the limited physical size and lightweight make it perfect in my bag.

This was my first laptop purchase. Love it. It’s very fast and the screen is amazing. The colors are beautiful. Love the light up keyboard.

Excellent device with SSD for use in motorcoach. Lightweight, 12GB memory, 512GB SSD. Easy to add external HD for backup or storage. Use with Surface Pen.

Great laptop, really enjoying it so far. My biggest knock is that it doesn't support USB-C charging and only charges through the barrel charger. I think it's clear now, but when I purchased it a week ago, there weren't many reviews out. At the time, Samsung's website claimed "You can even charge on the go with a USB-C mobile phone charger or battery pack." This is clearly not true, and their website no longer states this. To BB / Samsung -- is there at least a spare charger I can get? I plan to use this laptop in multiple locations (work, home, etc.)

It is not as fast as an older i7 Windows machine and the touch screen does not work as well as several other laptops I have. I gave a 14 inch Dell touch screen laptop to my older brother and it was not as fast but at least it worked without me having to constantly reboot it. So then. I will soon return this and look for something else. I am Elite Plus and have just over (at time of this review) to return it. I have given it enough time and I just had to force a hard boot again to get it to wake up! Maybe it is just this laptop? I do not know and neither do I care. I have almost given up. It does it when I am listening to music, watching a movie or just smurfing the web. Samsung? Any ideas? Any help? Anything?

Bought this and CD read/write plug and play. Easy to carry and very fast. Meets and exceeds expectations.

Solid small computer with good specs. It can handle most software needed for doing work. I would rate it higher if the camera was higher quality.

i really really wanna give it for 5 stars.,,,, its great quality built for this laptop ,, Screen is amazing ,,, much better than the apple's laptop,,,,,,but only one thing makes me so sad ,,,,, the battery life(only good for like 2-3 hours), the advertised for 18 hours( I knew its not going be true, even good for like 5-6 hours , i will be so happy, but only 2-3 Hours ,,,,) , before i have this one ,, i had a Acer Nitro 5 with Ryzen 4600h, that battery life was 1 to 2 hours , that's why i have to returned to Bestbuy ,,, this one ,,,, I don't know what to do!!!!!!!

Compact, sleek, and one powerful piece of hardware. Had it for a month now and have had no complaints whatsoever. Will definitely recommend.

Overall I am thrilled with this purchase, however, setting it up has become a nightmare! The computer itself is beautiful, quiet, nicely lit, great screen and lots of software. Setting up my email (gmail) to sync with my smartphone has been crazy! The geek squad helped me by putting an extra link on home screen, but after they hung up, I am still getting prompts to set up my email. And have to go the long way around to open it. I am guessing because it is all set up with Samsung software?

Love this computer!!!! Fast, flexible and user friendly... This is perfect for business and personal use. Alexa is perfect for new users.
