Excellent battery life. Very light and compact computer.love it.only negative about this laptop , I can't seem to charge it with my type c cord.

Ease of use, love the 2 in 1, touchscreen and the simple finger print login. Intel i7 with 12 GB memory and 512 GB SSD = great investment!

This laptop is pretty amazing! I've had it for about a month now and there's really no complaints. It starts up VERY quick whether its sleep or completely turned off. The screen is so vivid and clear, the best I've ever seen. The computer charges quick and doesn't get hot. My only small complaint is that the internet connection has went off a couple of times causing me to switch over to my other laptop at that moment. I would recommend!

This laptop is slim and light. I use it as a student and it can handle the coursework load and be light enough to carry around to class. I always turn it off before putting it in my backpack because the laptop gets very hot if not. I have had the laptop for just a month but so far it has been a great replacement to my old laptop that I was not excited to lose.

As a 91-year old Senior and a little digitally challenged, I find this laptop computer very easy to use. The size is perfect for my desk. The keyboard is perfect. The letters on the keyboard are recessed and light up. Twice, I had to replace the keyboard on my previous computer because the alphabets kept wearing off. I subscribe to COMSUMER REPORTS and this particular computer was highly rated and listed as a "CONSUME REPORTS BEST BUY". Being digitally challenged, I would not be without Best Buy's GEEK SQUAD services.

Love it. The only complaint I have is that occasionally from the very first week I got it the keyboard will start to blink off and on rapidly. Very annoying. Other than that I’m very satisfied with my purchase. The quality of the screen is great. I wish it were a tad bigger but if it were I would have had to pay a lot more money than I did. I miss not having a numeric keypad but it’s a trade off for having a 13” very light and not heavy laptop. It’s sleek looking and I’ve had some great compliments on it.

I have been using it for around 3 months. First I had an issue with Windows restarting each time when my screen turns off. Now after applying some fix from google, the issue got fixed but the computer started hitting up and using a lot of memory. Next is the battery life, well my 7-years Lenovo Thinkpad battery lasts longer than my 3-months Samsung. The laptop is light and a good size, the fingerprint sensor works fine too.

Super fast little computer. It is light and so versatile. It can be used like a laptop or a tablet and it boots lightning fast.

I bough this laptop for work; the features I enjoyed were: touchscreen, lightweight, I7, graphics and the look of the laptop. Things I didn't like: it would take time to come back on if I stepped away from it for 5 minutes, it would be slow when opening several tabs at one time. This was the main reason I returned the item because I would have guests at my desk waiting for 10 minutes for my laptop to come back online.

I bought this laptop for my wife for Xmas and we love everything about it. Great price, great features and more power than expected.

Switched from a Mac to this PC. Learning to use it is easier than I thought it would be (I'm 81 Years old) . No other PC compares to the sharpness and color quality of this product. It pairs with my QLED Screen Samsung TV. Not having grown up in the electronic world I find it hard to believe, but I find myself loving what I can do. The Samsung products with QLED screens are worth every penny. My thousands of photos of family and travel around the world are astounding seen on this computer. Love it!!!
