We bought this 2 in 1 for reason alone and it freezes constantly. Sometimes it won't respond when you are using it in tablet mode. And it is not user friendly when you are going from laptop to tablet or vice versa. Half the time it won't scan my finger print as well. Once you go to using the number code for security. It won't let you scan with your fingerprint. Unless you go all the way into settings and choose fingerprint again. And it shouldn't work that way. ****AND BEST BUY ONLY GIVES YOU 15 DAYS TO RETURN!**** ****YOU CAN RETURN CLOTHES WITHIN 30 DAYS AND WE HAVE A MATTRESS THAT CAN BE RETURNED WITHIN A YEAR. BUT A VERY EXPENSIVE ELCTRONIC. WE GET 15 DAYS TO FIGURE OUT THAT IT DOESNT FIT OUR NEEDS!**** NEVER BUYING BEST BUY AGAIN!

I just got this for Christmas and I am in love. The design is sleek and modern, the internet is fast. I like that it seamlessly connects to my phone. I must say that I did adequate research and was aware of the speaker problems some might face (due to the speakers being on the botton) as well as it not being ideal for gaming (something im not worried about as I am not a gamer). I got what I bought and that is why it is five stars.

I like my recently purchased a Samsung Galaxy Book Flex Alpha. I had selected this prior to going to the store. I asked the clerk to confirm that this would be an adequate choice based on my needs. He was knowledgeable and offered his advice. He confirmed my selection would work well for me. I also like the option of having Best Buy install add on software. I picked up my Book Flex the following day and it was ready to go!

I have had the laptop for about a month. I’m currently experiencing two main issues: - over heating: the screen normally goes black randomly and it will take at least 5 mins to start back up. I’ve had to hold the power button and hope that it turns off. - random rebooting/ restart during ‘sleep’ mode: every time I use sleeping mode, the computer will restart and lose all my work. This is my first brand new computer in over 10 years. Saying it is disappointing is an understatement... :(
