This computer has stressed me out in the couple of months I’ve had it. I’ve replaced it once already and both computers I’ve had make this annoying high-pitched scratchy sound when it boots up that sounds nothing like a fan whirring. Not only that, but the new replacement has a giant line going across the screen that just appeared out of nowhere during my Google meet class. Mind you, this computer is sedentary and it doesn’t move (it’s practically new!) I’m very disappointed as this computer was expensive for a student like me and I would not recommend it.

I just bought this computer on aug 28,2020 and i already have it being repaired with qeek squad (Sep 15,2020). Apparently the mic integrated is not working. It started failing from the start but i thought it was just me not understanding how to use a new computer since it had been a long time since i last upgraded. Yet, it turned out to be the actual computer. Prior to taking it for a repair i called geek squad over the phone and had a level 1 and level 2 tech try to fix it but they ended making an appt to take it to the store i guess its a hardware thing.. i had high expectations but i was disappointed. Not only is it expensive but not even a month owning it already it breaks down on me..smh..Hopefully after the repair it works.

Wife loves it! She was so convinced she was going to switch to Apple devices including mac. Bought her this laptop just mess with it, told her she can return if she dislikes which she did. When she started messing with the mac for a few minutes before buying. She ended up rebuying the Samsung laptop, lol! overall,great.Doesn't feel cheaply made like others aswell, big plus!

Light weight, fast and great keyboard layout. quick boot up times.

Had for a little over a month. I prefer Chromebooks but they aren't compatible with all programs needed for school, so I purchased this. I like it. The only things I dislike are that the fingerprint sensor always takes a few tries no matter how I lay my finger on it and the battery life is not great. For the price, I had hoped for better battery life. Other than that its efficient and sleek.
