    This is a great fast and very lightweight laptop!! The display is beautiful and the videos look just as good as my SAMSUNG TV I use it for school and to browse on the internet. Doesn't get hot, fan is quiet, keyboard is great and smooth to type in!!!

    I spent about 2 months doing every bit of research I could...Mac, HP, Dell....none of the 2-in-1's had exactly what I wanted until I found this one...slim, sleek, with an absolutely gorgeous QLED screen...I have not been happier even after owning macbooks for 10 Years. At 12gb ram and 512gb space, I feel like I have found my laptop for the next 10.

    The computer seems to work fine, however the corner of the screen side of the laptop is cracked severely and the screen is separating... Have another Samsung computer very similar to this one so I'm basing this review on that computer, and the way this one works... Best buy is being very good about replacing this computer and shipping the cracked one back

    I love the convenience of the small size of this laptop. The 2 in 1 feature, from laptop to tablet is great for when you want to eliminate the keyboard and use the touch screen. The speed of the I7 processor is impressive and the auto power on when you open the laptop is a great feature. I'm glad that I purchased this laptop over some of the other brands.

    The QLED screen is great. I put up the same photo on the Samsung and an HP I also bought this year and the Samsung image has much better colors. It's a small laptop just what my wife wanted. The keyboard is adequate. With ssd storage it boots up fast. So far we're happy with it.

    Overall a stunning laptop, really good quality. Not sure if I received a faulty laptop, but every now and then the keyboard backlight will flicker and sometimes will lag in turning on...will have to get that checked out. It is a brand new laptop not sure why it would be performing that way already. But overall, a very lovely state of the art windows laptop.

    Everything went well with this purchase: the laptop, Best Buy people, delivery ... you name it. Best Buy is the Best!! Bad news is all on me! Screen is too small. Age is affecting my eye sight. Tried reading glasses but I have a stigma. Too expensive to buy prescription glasses just to use the computer. Returned it and purchased 15.6" screen laptop from Best Buy
