EXCELLENT!!! Better than an ipad. I had always used Macs. Didn't want to pay the hefty price for an ipad. Best Buy suggested the Samsung Alpha. I have a Samsung smartTv and have used Samsung products before. This is greart. It's touch screen and foldable so it works like a tablet. Converts to a laptop when not using as a tablet. Very lightweight. Fast. Love it.

I am a engineering student so i needed something that has good processing power, memory, and battery life for what i do and even tho i had this about a month it gets the job done right. It can go practically a full day on just one charge, with a decent amount of memory and processor so it wont slow down at important times when i need multiple tabs open all the time. The touchscreen display is nice if i need to draw or on the bed. The weak points of it are the speakers and the keyboards. The speakers are really not the greatest, sometimes i feel it to low even on max volume, sometimes i got to angle the speakers in a way to boost it. also the keys feel weird to me at times, like they do feel cheap. but overall its a good laptop for what it does, i guess the storage could be a bit better but usually over 500gb is usually what u mainly need

I bought this laptop on 9/2020 as a replacement for the 5 month old failed Dell Inspiron laptop that I bought for my daughter straight from the Dell website (but that’s for another review). Over a year later, the galaxy flex has been a steady workhorse and a worthy purchase. Graphics are nice, the laptop lasts long with normal usage, and the ability to use the touch screen with certain compatible pens has been helpful for my creative daughter. Even with schoolwork she’s been able to write her answers as if it was pen and paper. This was a welcomed breath of fresh air in comparison to the Dell and it got her through remote learning during covid among other things. It candle also handle certain programs in the adobe suite so I’m very impressed. Will consider their brand again if another one is needed on the future.

I bought this laptop just in time. The night before I picked it up my old Dell laptop shut down on me. I got it at a really good price compared to other core i7 laptops that cost a fortune. The display is beautiful and it's super fast

Fast startup and smooth transition between programs. Sleek and lightweight for easy transport. The touchscreen is helpful when working with certain programs. Easily connects to other devices.

I have absolutely loved this computer. It got me through 2 years of college with no issue, and the size is perfect for me. Plenty of memory, the graphics are great, and I've had no issues running any programs I've tried so far. It's fast, too!

I've had this computer for a week now, and this is my first premium laptop. I was very set back by how powerful this device is. I decided to play around with the settings, and you can update the drivers whenever they're ready and available. It has a very nice security feature(s) that allows you to turn off your microphone and camera while in use to prevent wiretapping. The display is beautiful and it has zero issues playing 4k videos on youtube. Everything is very fluid and fast. The camera on the other hand, not the best, I recommend buying a 1080p camera or a higher-quality webcam. The backlit keyboard is great, it makes working at night easier, and it won't strain your eyes too much, you can also control the brightness of the backlit keyboard.

Overall the machine has performed well over the last 2 months. The only thing I see is that there are a lot of events captured by Windows event log. There are some errors as well. A few times I have had spontaneous reboots. Fortunately the machine was idle and I did not loose any work. No reboots while actively using the machine r playing movies. Since none of the events or reboots have produced any ill effects, I rate this laptop as excellent for the price. Screen is very clear but a bit reflective. That does not bother me. Touch screen and finger print reader work well but I do agree that that placement of the finger print reader could be better. Again, knew this when I purchased the machine.

This laptop shocked me with how good it is! Super lightweight, fast, excellent picture quality, impressive battery life, super responsive touch screen, and so much more! I love it so much!

Just what I need to work from home right now. I just ordered a Samsung monitor and a desk top keyboard to make it more “officey” for ease of comfort and my aging eyes. The ability to convert it to a tablet is perfect for lap use and I love the touchscreen. I’m not very tech savvy and I had no problem setting up and connecting my new printer all by myself. Not bad for 62 huh? This is sleek and light and fast enough for me. No lag with the programs I’m using for remote work. Ive always liked Samsung products so this is definitely meeting my high expectations. Very glad I trusted my instincts and purchased. If your considering an upgrade this won’t disappoint!!

A computer that does what it needs to do is actually a compliment. This review is from a non-computer geek who just wants a functional computer without fuss. It is small, lightweight, has a smooth keyboard, touch screen, and the mouse doesn't seem to be too sensitive (a problem I've had before and couldn't change). It was intuitive to get up to operating capacity, and walked the user through the initial steps. So far (1 week) I am very happy with the product.

I like my light weight Samsung flip laptop, touch screen Galaxy book. I updated my old bulky laptop. This is right size. Fast, works well with many applications so far, so good.

I’ve been an Apple (Mac) girl my whole adult life, but didn’t want to pay an arm and a leg for a laptop for regular everyday use and for crafting. This one fit the bill. The touchscreen/tablet option is nice and its lightweight and very user friendly. Only downside is speaker placement, hard to hear videos at time cause the speakers are on the bottom instead of the top or side, but headphones fix the problem. Super pleased.

First impressions: The good: -Lightweight, -Gorgeous display. -Nice backlight keyboard. -Fast -Battery Life very good for such a small package. -The aluminum case is sturdy and sleek The Less Good: -An insane amount of updates, including an annoying windows 10 update that impacts the battery status. -No included pen? -Runs a bit hot, especially the charger (which is annoyingly angled at 90 degrees) -No USB C charging. Overall, once you get past the insane number of updates, it's a really nice device for the 799.00 purchase price. Fit and finish is on par with the HP Envy and MS Surface book Pro. 4.5 stars....

Works great. Battery life is quite respectable. Touch screen works well and the unit is lightweight and slim. I've been using it to code and write and it works great.

Amazing build, satisfactory keyboard, lightning fast boot times, an excellent and useful fingerprint reader, amazing battery life, and beautiful screen. This laptop is very lightweight, which is good for easy transition between laptop and tablet. The only small problem I had was the laptop remained on after putting to "sleep" and left it in my laptop bag. Because it remained on despite putting to sleep, battery would drain and would rise to very high temps. Easily avoidable by turning off the device completely and the fast boot times means no lost time. Overall fantastic device.

Overall performance is among the best. Fast speeds, long battery life, lighter than most laptops and lots of total storage space. Excellent for travelling. Well designed with features that are comfortable and convenient to use. Display is excellent. Useful and/or nice features and attributes include touchscreen, fingerprint reader for log in and can convert into a tablet. Only downside is it has no optical drive like a CD or DVD reader and is a bit pricey at $1000.

This computer is great. I had purchased the Notebook 9 Pro a couple of weeks prior when my son stepped on my Lenovo laptop and cracked the screen. When I saw this one came out, I decided to get it also. It's very fast, and runs cool to the touch. Even being on it for over 5 hours having multiple files, browsers, and software open, and I'm still good on battery life- 33% with 4.5 hours remaining . I was a little disappointed that it had the old barrel charger, as opposed to my Notebook 9 that has thunderbolt ports, and usb-c charging, but with the amount of life I get out of the battery, it's not that big of a deal. That's why I gave it 4 stars. It doesn't come with a stylus or Qi charging like the 15 inch flex does. The 15 inch flex is beautiful. Has usb-c charging, and stylus along with Qi charging when you place the phone on the mouse pad. Comparing both laptops side by side (my brother purchased the 15inch flex) and it looks quite large/heavier in tablet mode- which defeated the purpose for me since I use it for work. The 15 inch flex also has a full keyboard layout including side number keys which the Flex Alpha doesn't have but with nearly the same specs, and I got it on sale for $899...can't go wrong!
