Great for a first time student!

The tablet mode is easy to use and switches smoothly. I love the finger printer security feature! I’m not technologically savvy, but it’s very easy to navigate. Also my last computer was Windows 7.....

The first couple of days before I installed some of the Samsung updates to make the chip run better and the bios update. I was updating the windows updates and it crashed. Other than this I have a wonderful computer to use. Would I recommend this to other's it depends on what the need.

It would be helpful to feature the link to a user's manual, both for the computer itself and for bundled mice and keyboards. It would also help to have recommendations for adapters for supplementary monitors and USB hubs. Several that I have tried have not worked.

A little frusterating to use a stylus without a touch rejection glove if you rest your hand on the surface when you draw like i do....also for having a i7 processor it performs a little slow for video editing and can start to run hot. Overall I am satisfied with this product.

Very Good First Impressions

I don't understand why sometimes it starts up when I open it up, and sometimes I have to play with the start button, but so far, I have not really tested it's full capabilities. Good graphics and very fast operating system.

Had expert advice from the staff, who took my wants and needs in a device and showed me the best products for what I wanted to do with it. My husband is thinking about getting one because that's how much he loves it. I got it on sale, then it went cheaper and the refund was super easy!
