I bought this notebook for my wife. She loves it - small and light weight, starts up in 30 seconds. The only negative comment she has made is about attaching the power cord to recharge it... it is not terribly strong. So she is extra careful when plugging it into the charger space on the computer.

I like it and it has had no problems. I like the Idea that it start up as soon as you open the lid, even if you have told it to shut down. It has and on button but I don't normally use it. If you told it to shut down when you open the lid to start it you will be as for your login information.

This is my first time owning a Samsung laptop. It is pricey without a doubt but it works great. It already came with a 3 month McAfee antivirus trial so that a plus. It's beautiful, sleek, and the storage is not bad. So far it's pretty good.

I've been doing my research before end up bought this Notebook. For a i7 10th generation processor, 12 GB of RAM, 512 GB SSD and QLED Touchscreen with ability to flex 180° to a tablet mode, you will not get it on any other brand. Samsung for once, not overpriced this Notebook as they did with their flagship phones..

It is hard to find a laptop that has corei7 with QLED display and SSD. It is a very good laptop. Performs very well. Very good battery backup. I can run it on medium brightness on 10% battery for 40 minutes it is just crazy. Also, speed and power does not lag that much. I like it. It is a very good laptop

All in all the device runs really well and im happy with the performance but there are 3 issues i have run into that have almost made me revert back to my old chromebook 1.) Battery life is NOWHERE near the 17 hours it boasts. The only way i can figure you would get that kind of battery life is if you have the battery saver on and all settings set to minimum such as display, metered network, etc 2.) The trackpad is INCREDIBLY sensitive. I am constantly selecting different areas of my screen while typing. It is a HUGE pain and i have sent emails that were halfway written on multiple occasions. 3.) When using the Your Phone Companion app for phone calls most of the people i am talking two complain of hearing themselves echo. I dont know if this is due to the app or the hardware but from what i can the hardware.

Definitely a Best Buy! So far this 2 in 1 laptop has performed great. The display is outstanding. Very fast, and even better used as a tablet. Only minor issue is battery life. Running the unit on battery, with the display set to OLED gets you on average 4 hrs at most.

Love this computer not too big not too small for the Intel core seven in the 10 generation no more touchscreen and tablet mode no more can I ask for this for all my needs for work my movies my playtime my gaming everything you want to download on this little PC couldn’t ask for more thank you Best Buy

Excellent computer! Sleek, compact, and very versatile. I love that it is so light weight which makes it so easy to carry around. I also love the feel and functionality of the tablet mode. This computer was way more than I expected! The finger print security is also super accurate!

Surprised about how much I like this laptop. I do not enjoy using Samsung android phones but on this laptop Samsung steps out of the way and let's Microsoft Windows be Windows without putting too much proprietary software in the way. Hardware has a good feel and the machine is quick and responsive.

I have been extremely impressed by this computer thus far. It boots up very quickly and loads everything that I have needed in rapid fashion as well. The size is perfect for use while traveling. I have enjoyed this computer so much that I actually purchased a second one.

I LOVE this laptop! I got a super sale on it during Black Friday, then the price dropped $100 and the honored the price drop since it was so close to my sale. It has top of the line specs. Is super fast. Fingerprint recognition. Beautiful screen. The colors are so rich and bright.

We replaced an Apple laptop with this one due to the HDMI port. This made connecting at work significvantly easier. Very happy with the purchase.

So far, this is one great laptop. Small, light, but I nicely sized screen. We have two, full-sized monitors attached to ours and Geek Squad was a huge help in getting this new machine programmed and ready to go!

The laptop is good. It is reasonably fast and the picture is very sharp. It is light and easily portable. The only negative comment I have is that the battery life does not reflect what is given in the specifications. It is about 6 hours with heavy use and 8 hours with light use.

I love it!! great performance, excellent design, weight, size!! Super fast!! the resolution is amazing!! I really recommend this laptop!! I used to have other samsung laptops in the past.. but this is one of the best options they have in the market right now!!!

Choose this to have a windows based computer. I have a MacBook Pro and this is just for when I need to login to certain work stuff that is finicky about what operating system u use. Overall this is a great computer and the styling is pretty cool. No complaints. Good buy.

This computer is just what I was looking for and a great tool to take with me on the road. I spend a lot of time working from my truck. This fits perfectly in my storage compartment and is small enough to be used and big enough that I can see what I am needing to see.

Small, sleek and light. Fantastic display. Quick performance, killer battery life. My only knock is the camera is very low quality even for video chat. But other than that it's a fantastic machine! Latest i7 processor, 12Gb DDR4 RAM, m.2 NVMe 512Gb SSD, QLED display.

I love this Samsung-Galaxy Book Flex because of the Intel Core i7, 12GB of memory which makes it fast, and Finger ID. Sorry but the only draw back is QLED, the colors are not natural and it hurts my eyes but overall I highly recommend this people who need to use Windows!
