I knew that I wanted an i7 and 8g of ram, but I was excited to know that this is 12g ram. I love how versatile it is, as a laptop and a tablet! It’s a super sleek and light computer that is running great! Student deals were a available at the time of purchase and it was only $750.

For the price, it does its job. The finger scanner rarely works. I would save a few more bucks and buy a different computer. The outside gets scratched when it is on my desk. I have not found a snap on case option to save it.

I was looking for something that I could edit videos on without it crashing every 10 minutes (my old laptop). This is AMAZING and it looks really good! Be careful with the screen brightness though as it's very intense.

The new Samsung Flex Alpha is a good value with a Core i7 processor. It's speedy, has plenty of storage space and decent connectivity. I've not used the tablet option so I can't comment on that, but overall as an ultrabook laptop, it is a good compromise of performance and value.

great computer, bright screen, battery is pretty standard at a few hours on performance mode with brightness maxed out , if you want it to last 16 hours needs to be on battery saver with brightness setting all the way down

Very nice machine! The display is amazing...I thought I would be sad by it not being a 4k display...NOPE! Plus it has plenty of processing power, storage, and RAM for my normal every day usage. I'm not a hard core gamer or video editor so this is perfect for me.

In store purchase experience was very good - good customer service, knowledgeable, friendly. Very easy set up, lightweight, has kept up with everything I've done - photoshop, outlook, excel, word, internet (many tabs open) - all at the same time with 2nd screen.

It constantly shuts down and restarts. Constantly. Walk away for a minute? When I come back, I have to push the button to start it up again. Like a total restart, not just coming back from sleeping. I use it mostly for online stuff and it restores your webpages quickly, so that is a benefit, but I'd rather not have to restore things at all. When I looked online for help, it's lacking or Samsung blames it on apps. The display is great and the keyboard is fine. Sometimes it's a touch slower than I'd expect from an i7, but it does what I need it to do--except stay on when it's idle.

It's beautifully sleek and light. I'm still in the figuring-things-out phase. I've had some problems getting this version of windows 10 to accept some of my favorite programs, but other than that, no problems. I expect I will like this laptop a lot,,,in time.

I needed a computer for school and this one has worked fantastically! It’s very fast with the i7 and has kept my informations safe and everything. I love the flip thing the screen can do so I can use a stylus to write my notes instead of type.

First time I purchase a Samsung brand laptop. Been using Window Surface for quite some time. The price was good, the specifications caught my attention. More memory , storage capacity & screen resolution are great! Had for a short time, so far no problems!

The Samsung Galaxy book flex is small but does so much. My last laptop was 3 times heavier and didn't offer half the conveinces this one does. The galaxy book flex is a laptop and tablet in one. I love the ability to multi-task and touch screen capabilities.

Great service. Salesperson was respectful and very helpful. Computer has been working well so far. Fast processing, can't ask for anything else. It has only been a short time but I will go back to Best Buy and will purchase this computer again!!

I purchased two open box Items and they are excellent for the price. Very light weight and Long battery life! Most of all the screen quality is superb. Samsung has done very good job on these light weight high end laptop computers.

Very powerful and fast for a laptop with the hardware specifications. Frame is also very sturdy being that my wife dropped it not even (2) days after having it. It suffered a minor ding but other than that works perfectly.

Great lite weight printer that was very easy start up. Much quicker time get up and running. First thing I did was increase font size. Some new things in software that made easer to use, like open lid and it turns it self on. I Batt life is very good.

Its exactly what it states on getting a bargain samsung book flex without some key features that makes it worth the price. Good with the bamboo spen if your looking to use it like a note galaxy phone. I was more for the regular book instead of the alpha.

I liked this but I didn't appreciate the guys upsaling us on it. I knew what I wanted for my wife and what she needed but I knew deep down that the qled screen was great but she cracked it shortly after so we sent it in.

A little misled by marketing materials of the regular flex device but I'll take the blame for this and throw a little on the fact it had to be purchased online. Quality feel and materials. Screen looks amazing. A good purchase but no standout features

I've liked it so far, is very friendly and all I needed. Good technology, good graphics, is very light. Is perfect for students, very confortable and pretty. The finger print technology is really cool, I love all of it. I truly reccomend it.
