I've liked it so far, is very friendly and all I needed. Good technology, good graphics, is very light. Is perfect for students, very confortable and pretty. The finger print technology is really cool, I love all of it. I truly reccomend it.

Nice machine with 12GB memory and 512 GB SSD. It boots pretty fast. The display is amazing. The lighted keyboard is a nice touch. It is disappointing that the S-pen doesn't work with this tablet.

I liked this but I didn't appreciate the guys upsaling us on it. I knew what I wanted for my wife and what she needed but I knew deep down that the qled screen was great but she cracked it shortly after so we sent it in.

I love this laptop! I was looking for one for quite a while and at a Mac to be specific. So glad I opted for Samsung. It is fast, has great image/picture and for me, it was cost effective compare to $1,200 plus models. Recommend to anyone.

Got this laptop and this machine is sleek, slim amd stylings Samsung. It’s a big small for my big hands but it’s not that bad. It has great feature and Alexa built in too. Nothing missing from this device and there are minimal complaints.

I bought this Galaxy Book Flex Alpha 2-in-1 13.3" QLED Touch-Screen Laptop for my Nephew. He and I went to the Best Buy in Rockwall and he explained to the salesman what he wanted. The salesman was very patient and answered all of his questions.

I love this product when it comes to work & play. I product works really well if you have other Samsung devices in the home for example tv & smart phones. When you open the box the computer is missing normal amount of protection (foam). There a chance you might get a lemon computer out of the box because of the way its packed. This computer was a great idea for students. If your a fans of streaming services you will like this computer. They combined all the cool features of a smart phone and computer in one. For example cool feature finger print reader.

Great laptop for my college student. Easy to use, backlit, good key placement, very fast with multiple screens open, and great size are all of my child's input. I bought this during a back to school sale making it a very valuable purchase.

I loved this device but opted to return due to the over-saturation of colors. Samsung by design oversaturates their color settings in its devices. The result is a beautiful full-color display that is not a real representation of the actual subject.

I’m like way behind in tech and this computer makes me feel old hahaha it has everything you could need in a computer. I love the tablet abilities and that you can convert math and do drawings on the screen. I’m super happy with my purchase.

Was easily set up and, so far, has been able to handle all of the demands of distance learning. Great unit with plenty ability for future needs.

There’s literally nothing special about this laptop but it does everything that a college student or casual user would need. Runs smooth and fast, neat features decent camera. It’s a great purchase if you just want a good laptop for school.

I like this computer alot! I like the features on it that I did not have with my other computer - like the finger-print sign-in feature. It's nice that it's so light-weight! The touch-screen is great! I'm glad I bought it!

I love this laptop! That is, when I can pry it from my child's hands. It has everything you need for everyday work/school use. Not exactly a gamer laptop, but my child spends hours playing Minecraft on it with no complaints.

Bought this for my 11 yr old daughter, she wanted something small that could hold enough power to play all her games and where she could draw as a tablet. We haven’t had any problems with it!

Overall, the laptop is okay but there are some minor issues regarding the sleep mode. When I am not using the laptop for a few minutes, it will shut off on me or will exit out of all of the tabs I had open.

loved it! only problem was that about 15 days in; i noticed the hinge was not completely flush with the surface of the edge unlike the opposite hinge. built quality could be better.

This Galaxy book Flex is hi level function with reasonable priced. Outstanding performance and comfortable use. If this one included with Samsung pen, must be more popular item.

Was a little hesitant at first as the s-pen is not included but so far I love this machine. Highly portable with great screen clarity. Have used as a tablet and had no issues. Very happy with purchase. Wish it included an s-pen.

I really love this computer. The tablet mode is a little wonky but it’s fast and fairly easy to use. It’s perfect for personal use and school. Quote expensive though holy moly.
