Very light, fast process and QLED screen is awesome!! I got this one for my daughter who is in the art college she loves this laptop. She's very satisfied with drawing on the screen and easy to carry it and very light.

I really love this computer. The tablet mode is a little wonky but it’s fast and fairly easy to use. It’s perfect for personal use and school. Quote expensive though holy moly.

Very impressed with this Samsung Galaxy laptop. The clarity and colors are exceptional. Ease of use made easy with the outstanding quick start guides and all around basic instructional icons, etc. I highly recommend.

I purchased this laptop and really liked it at first, but it is a little too small for my preference. It has a great screen, the QLED is beautiful, and it's pretty fast, I just prefer a 14"

Not that great. Often turns on by itself. I would recommend getting something a little more sturdier as well. Feels flimsy

This is a nice laptop 2-1 but in the first 2 weeks I've had the screen lock up on me with something in the upper right corner of the home screen. There are no shortcuts there so I have no idea what happened. May request warranty service.

It's very fast but, one downside it's too small for me. Like I want something big so I actually bought the dell inspirion i7 17.3 in it has 16 gb ram so it is a little faster.

I realy like my new Samsung Galaxy Notebook it is very user friendly; and the help I received from all the sales people at Best Buy helped make the purchase go smoothly. Very pleased with purchase and service.

Bought this for my wife a month ago and she loves it. We love the look, feel and construction of Apple devices and this is the closest we’ve seen in a Windows-based machine. Comfortable to use and a very nice keyboard.

So far so good. Replaced a Dell XPS13 and have found this laptop to be it's equivalent at a much lower price. Have had zero problems 5 weeks since purchase.

Ok laptop. I love the size and weight but hated the silver keyboard that made it impossible to see in a brightly lit room. I screen is was amazing... until it started to go out after the second month. However the managers at the Best Buy I purchased from was nice enough to swap this unit out for and H.P. (Also the speakers are horrible.)

I loved the fact that i could connect my laptop to my phone. The laptop has a tablet feature but is not a convertible. My boyfriend loved this Samsung Galaxy Book S so much that I gifted it to him and bought the Flex for myself!

This Samsung laptop is a great addition to a home office setup. It's portability makes it perfect for travel, fits nicely in a carry-on bag without adding too much weight. Battery life is okay for now (still new).

We Love Samsung and this little One here is awesome, the graphics the speed the Battery life, the ease of use. It's AWESOME!! has all the Compatibility and accessories of a regular large bulky laptop..

It’s very good laptop even tho I had to return first one for the camera issues. Only cons are camera quality and battery life is low. Warning camera does support new Windows 10 Hello Face option but overall it’s a good buy.

Great laptop for the price. Went on sale for 200 off the original price. Quality is great and works well for office use. Battery life is amazing will easily last the day even when using zoom for several hours.

Great procduct. An amazing price for all it's features. Backlit Keyboard, Amsing Screen (even touch screen). Great processing spped and love the solid state hard-drive.

No its not 18 hour battery life. Its around 10 for average use. I bought this because its small, great screen, decent specs, decent battery life. I feel as though i got just that. Great build quality.
