I like the computer, but the power cord to the unit has a SMALL problem, the plug can be broken off very easily, I have already had to order a new cord to charge the unit, and it is NOT covered .

I use this for college and this laptop is absolutely perfect!! I was worried about it being 13 inch but the screen is very clear and easy to read!! I am so glad my husband bought this for me!

The set up was easy, it works well. The computer boots up fast and the finger print scanner is nice. We like the flexible touch screen. Charlie our salesman was very patient and helpful

Samsung should be ashamed of putting out a laptop like this. I bough the computer for very light programming work. I didn't even get to write a single line of code on it. It is dismal at best. The fan would not turn off (even when the computer is not in use). The computer restarts 4 or 5 times a day. It has cut me and restarted while I was only browsing the internet (again, nothing too stressful on a supposedly medium powered computer). The supposedly SSD drive keeps making a noise on part with a regular hard drive clicking noise. As a computer and software engineer, I looked into the logs to get to the bottom of this issue, it seems that there are hardware issues related to waking up hardware on this computer which causes it to crash. There are numerous errors regarding hard drive management and the waking up and sleeping of various other peripherals on the notebook. In essence, this seems to be like it's a motherboard power management issue. This is easily proven by the fact that you're hearing that SSD whining noise as you try to read from it. SSDs are supposed to be completely silent. This also explains the lag that makes it look like it's running ancient technology. I am returning this joke of a notebook today for something more usable and won't make me lose my work when it decides to crash.

Works great! Light weight i am able to use it as a computer and as a laptop when i wish and able to work on my drawings and i love that it ask for my finger print to log in more secured.

Works perfect for my requirements. I do browse, have heavy softwares installed. Works smoothly. Jus the key pad light will be off suddenly but are back on after a while

Love this... the 12 RAM/512 is awesome for studio recording and video work and it's my go-to machine! I'd buy it again in a heartbeat! Works great for business and relaxing on sofa.

My wife is a photographer, so we needed something with plenty of RAM to process high-res images, while still being small enough to carry around. This computer has worked very well for that purpose!

I would LOVE this but for the lengthy time involved in getting the camera set up - so far with Geek Squad online has been 3.5 hours and still working on it. Otherwise, do LOVE it.

Overall its a good laptop. The mouse tends to freeze alittle and lag. I tried using the Netflix app but it didnt work, needed to use the website instead.

This laptop had a great processor and enough memory. The solid state drive makes it very fast and easy to use. Definitely best laptop I've purchased

Solid laptop. I got it for one of my employees and its a great travel/work laptop. He even uses Mastercam on it and it runs smoothly. Plus it folds all the way back to use as a tablet.

I'm a graduate student and very picky about computers. Its thin, lightweight, and easy to setup and use. If i need to read a textbook I can flip it into a tablet. The charge lasts forever!

This is a very powerful computer with everything my son needs for his remote learning at college. It has plenty of RAM and the processing speed is terrific. Highly recommend.

Great computer in terms of screen quality but the speakers are horrible and it doesn’t do anything better then any other computer in its range

I love my laptop. Super fast boot up times. Crystal clear screen and fast internet speeds. I was looking at a surface and other two in ones this may not be the best but I love it.

well made laptop with high end processor, ram and 500 gb ssd. Great build quality, HOWEVER, camera is pitiful. WARNING: CAMERA WILL NOT WORK WITH WINDOWS 10 HELLO (FACIAL RECOGNITION). A fact that Best Buy didn't bother to tell. Not that it was a show stopper just irritating that Samsung and Best Buy slipped one in on me. There should have been a warning on the sales page that the included camera is not compatible with some Windows 10 features! Overall good buy

Absolutely loving this computer so far. Impressed with how smooth everything runs and how responsive everything functions. Not to mention the sleek design with such small bezels.

Youtube will stop working from time to time for no reason. I have to reboot to get rid of the problem. Otherwise, the laptop works great. The surface is easily dirty but can be cleaned.
