Beast of a laptop in an ultra-portable package. Bright screen and great performance. Got a great deal on an open box.

Not s bad machine for the price. My one issue was the default volume for the headphones. Each time you wake the laptop, you must readjust the headphone volume.

Seems to be a good computer. I like it a lot. It does everything I need it to do. My only complaint is that it will not charge with USBc. This is a real bummer.

The picture quality is amazing. The 360 feature is really cool to have and amount of things it’s able to do on there makes you want to have the laptop everywhere you go!

This laptop does everything I need with blazing speed. The Core i7 processor is really quick and have had no issues with this laptop. Samsung makes great products.

It should be 5 stars if the speakers were installed in another area of th computer that if placed in a table they are not covered. Sound should not be slightly interrupted.

Very convenient in terms of accessibility & ability to migrate from desktop to tablet quickly with zero loss in productivity.

Arrived safe and on time... quick and easy setup... I was using my new laptop for work in less than 15 minutes, out of the box..

I love how sleek and stylish and the design where I can use it as a tablet too. I carry it with me for business purposes now I don’t need to work off of my iPhone.

I love this laptop! So easy to use, the touchscreen in amazing and turning it from a laptop to a tablet is awesome! For the money, in my opinion was well worth it!

Nice size for a small spaces or for easy mobility. I don't like that the power switch is on the side of the computer, can be accidently pushed and shut off.

Best purchase I made. very light weight I love 2 in 1 laptop very great for work and doing things at home. I would definitely recommend this laptop to anyone.

It's a nice unit with good power and can be used like a tablet. My only criticism is a lack of wired internet connection and DVD drive but neither and been a big missing.

quality images. Processing speed is good doesnt seem to get bogged down like others as you have multiple windows open.

Great laptop! Very fast boot up due to the solid state drive and I love the fingerprint "password" instead of having to enter my password everytime.

I was very skeptic when I bought this because it is a brand new product from Samsung. But the versatility and easiness of use of great. I would recommend this highly.

The sale rep was great but I waited 15 mins for a manager and this was near closing where managers were just in visual view and not helping any customers.

This laptop is being used all day online. It has been performing very well. The only concern is when I use MS Teams, it seems to drain the battery in about 2.5hrs
