very slim, lightweight, full size keyboard makes it great for taking on the road. Also uses my Bluetooth mouse which makes it even more helpful.

The setup was easy, nice full screen, quick startup. Track pad issue with cursor not appearing. Have looked thru settings and not able to resolve.

Powerful processor, beautiful and responsive touch screen, durable and well built but quite a bit heavier than the Notebook 9 I upgraded from.

Overall a very good product. One minor hiccup, the fingerprint ID does not work well. Just turn it off and enter your passcode.

Great 2 in 1 love the quality everyday laptop! Use it for trading alot works well get the Logitech mx 3 mouse to use with it!

This Samsung laptop is at the height of perfection for its class. When I first experienced the graphics on its QLED display I was blown away, it’s so clear and defined, the colors are so vibrant yet not cartoony or unnatural looking in any way. The QLED display is most definitely the biggest feature of this laptop, hands down. Overall the laptop itself is so thin and so light (but does not feel plasticky or cheap), yet it still manages to pack a punch in its performance with its 10th Generation Intel Core i7 and 12GB RAM. The display has nice thin bezels to have that ultramodern, sleek look. The keyboard has good responsiveness with just the right amount of key travel—I type an average of 100 wpm and I can comfortably achieve that on its keyboard, which is also backlit—a welcome addition when typing in dark or semi-dark lighting. Performance wise, I took this laptop through its paces by opening multiple windows, running several programs at once, streaming different services, etc. and it has done very well, no lag, no buffering, no problems at all. I also made sure to put it through its paces when transforming it into tablet mode, and I have no complaints, only kudos. The 2-in-1 “flip and fold design” system really, really adds to the value of this laptop in that I can use it for more entertainment purposes in addition to my regular everyday work tasks. Instead of watching movies or reading or surfing the internet with the keyboard stuck out in front of the display, I can fold the keyboard out of the way perfectly flat against the back of the display, or I can use the “tent” mode and prop it up by itself on any surface also with no keyboard sticking out, all using the tablet display mode and touchscreen. The touchscreen is another plus—very responsive and accurate. It makes the tablet mode another superior feature. And because the whole laptop is so light, I had no problems using it in tablet mode while holding it for extended periods of time. The 512GB SSD internal memory is more than enough for my needs, but there is a provided microSD card slot for additional storage capacity. The charger/power adapter is proprietary—I would have vastly preferred a more universal USB-C, and there is a USB-C port—but you cannot use it to charge the laptop, which is the only negative I have to say about this laptop, and that’s very minor. Battery life also delivers. One full charge easily lasts a whole day, while other laptops I have owned over the years, even recently, need to be plugged in before my work day is over. I am honestly surprised the battery lasts so long because of how good the display is. I would have thought that the battery would drain faster because of the display being so highly defined and bright; I always use it on the highest setting, at the “best performance” level, and never use the “battery saver mode”. Definite recommend! (And this is coming from an Apple fan girl.)

Bought for my daughter for CHRISTMAS, she loves it. She chose the one with everything she needs for photos and work and college.

Nice design and very light. When you turn on quiet mode, I don't hear any fan noise. The fingerprint sensor also responds very fast.

An amazing laptop with a premium finish purchased it for my daughter for college and she absolutely loves it highly recommended

Have to give it 5 stars. Sharp and crystal clear screen. But was not large enough for me.. returned it for a larger screen only..

So far works great and easy to set up. Only complaint is getting the mic to work for conference calls. I still haven't figured out yet.
