Mic went out during online class

The class members tell her they cannot hear her. The whole system trouble shooting just goes there is a problem and it can't fix it. The expert Samsung tech tell her to reset it. If this does not work, btw is a pain in the..., then we will have to go through this warranty thing with the Samsung 2 months after we bought this thing.
