    Returned because even after all the updates were complete, the sound was just too low which was the deal-breaker for me. Also, the second deal-breaker was the keyboard back light had a mind of it's own and no fix anywhere would make it stay on all the time. I loved the Samsung software and how user friendly the set up was. I loved the speed of the machine and how it stayed connected to my router even when my internet was running slow and the router light was blinking. Other issues that came up were that the fingerprint reader functioned inconsistently and sometimes the computer didn't wake from sleep at all without holding down the power button and having to completely reboot.
